They also may have disbanded because they do not have a true leader and all those strong pirates relied on him but he cannot come through as he is just a stupid and a cowardly pirate.
I don't think that's possible. Kaido put Rocks on his list of Top 5 Legendary pirates and we know that Kaido respects strength above all else so it wouldn't make sense for Rocks to be very weak, also if he was a weak pirate on his own crew people would have most likely mutinied and killed him. It stands to reason with the amount of conqueror's and monsters on that crew that rocks would be at the level of Garp and Roger in Haki.
also since rocks was the captain of the rocks crew was his devil fruit blackbeard's and his haki all three types advanced forms even more stronger than roger and garp combined but this question i want to know was newgate rocks right hand man and shiki left hand man because we all know the rocks crew was formed
