i still think that garp roger and xebec are sake brothers like ace sabo and luffy, roger is from east blue and xebec is based on a brazilian pirate while garp is stated to be brazilian and he is also from east blue, so that will basically pin down xebec being born in east blue, there is no way these guys didn't know each other when they where young. and i still think garp was a pirate before he enlisted in the marines, because he joined them when he was 22, what was he doing before?
