Sabotaged by his own company and fandom. Jimin continued to stand with heads up breaking records, making history organically. If only these reactors knew how Jimin and his solod fans struggled during Face era. He has now the fastest korean solo song to reach 1B streams with Like Crazy. Company never restocked his CDs up to now. UA-cam keeps deleting his streams, spotify deleting his streams and fans accounts, Pandora too. However he is now dominating Tidal and Deezer. Please continue to support Jimin esp on his upoming projects as the company will sabotage him again and more hatred thrown at him esp with JK and V stans and shippers.

Jimin is a one-of-a-kind phenomenon. He has it all! Swag and confidence of a king, the face and physique of a prince and talent and intellect of a renaissance man but all packaged in a respectful man without cockiness but humility and grace. He really does deserve all he has worked so hard for.
📌Just a little side note: During Highschool when Jimin performed at an afterschool event to the song by the highly popular group at the time, tvxq, where he even opened up his shirt to expose his already quite well formed abs. The friend in that note on screen mentioned that after that performance, girls became so excited that they even broke down the bathroom door to get to Jimin afterwards! Jimin became even more popular then he already was at Busan Highschool of the Arts that he was attending! J Hope hear the screaming and ask what is that, when Jimin say army recognize him.. this clip was all over social media then.. Everyone was like dam girl you the real one..
The label kept a lot of Jimin’s brilliance ‘quiet’ because it didn’t fit their narrative - especially the ones in the company that didn’t even want him in the group…what I mean is there’s more than one GOLDEN boy in the group!

27:43 I think it's not just about being a great vocalist, Jimin has a unique tone, it's not even about what notes he can hit but how his voice sounds. It has such a unique tone and texture that it stands out and it also is very unisex wich gives BTS not only his unique voice but also a sense of a female vocalist in the songs. He really makes BTS even more dynamic by that too.
But as you also mention, there are great, absolutely amazing vocalists who can sing anything but what really sets Jimin apart is his unique voice and that unique voices is not easy to find. When you hear Jimin you know it's him even if you are new to BTS.

I was happy Jimin didn’t go with Western artists on his album. It was a very personal album and in some ways a core album for him. He made it clear he wasn’t going for a popular album, he said the only thing he wanted was for people to understand and feel the emotions he went through during the pandemic. He showed that he is at core a true artist. “You can either do it for the popularity or you can do it for the music” Jimin does it for the music, the art. BTS is almost always about the music as well - you can see it in RM’s, J-Hope’s, Jin’s, and Yoongi’s music this past year as well. But Jimin really is good with melodies and you can see it in the FACE album. BTS members have said that he’s composed not only the melody in BS&T, but also some of the most iconic bridges. AFAIK, he didn’t receive official credit for any of them. A lot of haters said he wasn’t capable of writing music or lyrics, FACE proved them wrong. Jimin has always been about quality over quantity. You can see it in the songs he’s released. Small number of songs, but all of them are unique gems. He’s also not afraid of experimenting with his music, witness Set Me Free pt 2. I really loved watching reactions of people who were sure what he would come out with in his debut album, I actually believed a lot of the shock on those reactions. 😂 Jimin is pretty darn special.

I had a feeling that was why you guys had the Eng sub cc captions on. I too read the request, since some are hearing impaired! That just shows once again how you guys are so thoughtful, in tune, aware, and considerate. But there are times when Jimin is speaking that there are indeed Eng subs on screen, so if you would have removed the cc at those times it would have benefited all, since we could understand in Eng what Jimin actually said. But on the other hand you would have had to keep putting on & back off again the cc so that you could see the Eng subs already on screen when Jimin talks. I know you did it a few times in the beginning. For me though, I’m just beyond grateful and happy that you took this time, even pausing and giving your input, on what you guys were seeing, which even made it even that much more enjoyable to watch. 🙏👍🥰 Plus to have to keep putting on & off the Eng subs continually, it could be easy to forget to turn them back on at times. 😬😅🥰 I just love hearing both of you guys different perspectives & insight to whatever you’re watching! good observation (i need the closed captions too), but they could just move the subs to the upper half of the screen instead of turning it off and on constantly. and maybe adjust the size (make it a little smaller) and turn off the stark black background or put it on 50% transparency, so it doesn’t cover up the visual content behind it completely.

" why wouldn't jimin want credit for writing the melody" it's not that he didn't want it uts that its notorious in the industry to not credit artist sometimes by the company , k-pop is known for it.
I know people will argue that bighit isn't like that but seeing the sabotages jimin faced during his solo debut and how bighit denied several things he wanted to do with his album,have been disrespecting him constantly through articles and what not,i wouldn't say that bighit is that sweet , good supporting company. They've their bias and that's who they like to bring up.
Jimin has always been somewhat team player who stays quiet if it affects the team and creates chaos so i wouldn't be surprised if he did keep mum because blood sweat and tears was their breakout song.
How do you know that? I mean, they all did their thing exactly the way they wanted to do it, and all in different ways. Don't spread rumors, cause that's all it is. Rumors

Its true. Company sabotaged him. Jimin himself was shocked at how fast his promo ended. Up to now company and geffen wont restock his cds while others just keeps on restocking almost every week. Only company stans and previledged members’ fans and army defend that company till death.

He didn't get a movie like others, he didn't get to perform like others even the fan sign he got, it was lackluster and really cheap. So cheap that jimin made fun of it the whole time and jimin literally wasn't aware of it. Jimin can only say what he wants, he doesn't personally control anything neither do other members and if company denies it then they can't do anything about it. That's literally what happened to jimin, his bare min promotion was also cut off cuz of yoongi releasing his album. He didn't get to perform like jk, he didn't get playlisting like other members, he didn't get tth even tho it was deserved considering his streams are stable, he didn't get radio play and is fighting on hot100 even now surpassing even bts without radio play and versions and tons of remixes or covers. They also posted article shading him in favour of other member. Bongo also never acknowledge jimin's success even once even tho he's the only one to carry on Bts's legacy of doing music on their own without relying on western collabs. He didn't even get a congratulations for achieving no.1 hot100 when he was the first to do it after 65 years, what did he got? A shady article promoted by hybe. There is so so so much more i can tell you about. This isn't all. Either you are completely unaware of everything happening or you've turned a complete blind eye to jimin in favor of the company. If the latter is the case then you may as well unstan him, member's well being should always comes first, if we don't speak about it then who would? Some says it's bc jimin didn't sign his solo (not group) contract w hybe, this or bongo wants to be greedy for credit and wants to prove his point but jimin is an obstacle so he tries to put him under as many different situations as possible. I would need to explain further but it's already too long lol. In any case, hybe isn't a good company, bongo isn't a good person either, is foolish even and has also turned out to worse 😮💨.

Romance - he's the perfect gentleman as said by the members that they would allow their sisters to date jimin .
Action - he's fit for action too ( kendo , martial arts trained) he would be a good spy.
CEO type - definately , he's very meticulous and prim proper said by people who have met him for the first time.
Antagonist - definitely. He's a Slytherin and he knows how to be coy. He can be both sweet and deadly

Actually its much worse now. Before BTS had one nominations in almost every category that they won ..
It's worse for groups now because BTS is getting 5-7 nominations in the same category as soloist.
Song of the year, album of the year, record of the year, collaboration of the year, all have nominations for BTS members as soloist and they have pretty good scores too .
Except group performance and group awards ( that caused no group nominations) BTS have been winning as soloists too .

Also, the writers, producers, mixers, engineers are the main ones credited on the song. For example jimin and jhope wrote on disease so they were credited. Jimin wrote the bridge and melody for the bridge. Jhope wrote the song.
Jimin was not credited because at that time, the only members who had a contract with Bighit as producers and song writers were RM and Suga. That is why JHope started with producing his own solo album at that time and still under BigHit. In their second contract, all of them becans producers and/song writers and, thus, were credited of their respective participation.

The void might be true. When Big bang, super junoir, Exo was getting older and was in hitaus there was a void. Bts came along and filled that void and made kpop even well more known. Whos next in line. Ain't nobody lasting forever. There are plenty of famous Idol groups but I am talking about Giant, world globally known having history record breaking views like them. Who can fill that void when majority of BTS members become inactive,.
