i really love the direction jimin is headed as a solo artist, and i'm the most impressed by him out of all of BTS's solo ventures. my respect for the dude has only grown since the album and visuals dropped. it's become more obvious that he's the most captivating, well-rounded, talented person in BTS (which is saying a lot as they're all very talented). but he's just built different man! his dedication, passion and commitment is inspiring as hell. it was really cool to see you guys see that light and immense talent in him too. he's special and i only see greatness ahead of him.
I’d also like to add that, as someone who works with a lot of dancers, I can tell how the dancers really adore him. That shows he really is a nice person to work with-someone with absolutely no airs. Amazing, considering where he is at right now. Love this man.
♦️The basketball set up was actually put there because both Suga & Jimin are into basketball! Jimin even was the one who requested a basketball court be installed, when staff asked BTS members what they’d like to have there for In The Soop 2. Jimin has always been quite athletic! Was on the soccer team in mid & Highschool, excelled in track, also basketball, also billiards. This was aside from the 8 yrs of various forms of martial arts training he had since a quite young age, including Taekwondo (Blackbelt), Hapkido, Kumdo (Korean form of Kendo) which he won awards in competitions in. Of course this is all aside from attending Busan Just Dance Academy, where, since age 10, he studied all forms of hip hop, performed, as well as competed in, winning all competitions, aside from also going to midschool then Highschool of the arts, where he also studied & performed contemporary dance, modern dance, as well as studying, ballet, & Korean traditional dance as well! ❤️🔥🐥😍🔥
it's even where Suga got his stage name from. his fave position in bball is Shooting Guard, so he just kinda abbreviated it to sound like "Shoo-gah" but spelled it Suga.

if you have to motivate yourself for anything remember that Jimin will do it at least 10 more times more than you. Jimin and the whole of BTS are inspiration for us in all sorts of things. When I decided to resign from my high-pressure corporate life because of health reasons, I had moments of panic. Been in that type of corporate life for nearly 40 years and couldn't imagine what else I could do. But BTS, through their communications with ARMY and their actions and their 'never give up' attitude showed me that starting something else is never too late. I'm now happy working in a totally different field with a terrific boss and colleagues and also with less pressure, giving me more time for my family. I love these boys, they're Godsend :)
I would love to be able to have an insight into how his brain works during practices, what he pays attention to, how he realises what and WHY it needs improvements. And how he works out what needs to be done. I have huge admiration and respect for Jimin.

What’s crazy about this to me, is that all this work is JUST for the dance. At this point in the production, we’ve already got the finished song. We’re not seeing the hours he already spent creating and perfecting lyrics and melodies, working with the producers, practicing the vocals, and recording (which, surprise, Jimin likes to do a million takes when recording songs, too😝). Then there’s little things like costume selection and fittings, choosing the design/lighting for the stage, etc. it’s SO MUCH.
Exactly! Not to mention that Jimin was the one that designed the album covers himself! Jimin pretty much, was hands on, in every facet of his solo album, from writing lyrics for most songs, composing melody, also involved in production! Even flying to LA to watch & oversee the recording of the choir. Also the set design for Set Me Free pt.2 was also his idea, wanting it to look like a circular prison. Even the choreography was filled with his suggestions, as well as filming, and his moves to emphasize that much more the feel he was going for! It's interesting that you mentioned the wearing of mask. However, South Korean celebrities have been wearing mask for a long time now. It's also to help prevent colds so South Korean citizens have been wearing mask long before the pandemic. Mask wearing was something that was very difficult of course for many in the US.

You have to realize that they are experienced wearing masks, they wear them outside all the time, the air quality there is really bad so they have been wearing masks for a couple of years. They wear them still. No one over there is complaining about exemptions or their government is trying to control them they wear them for their health, which US can learn from them in that aspect of it!
