www.pedestrians... Part 2. Demolition of the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, DC. Produced by John Z Wetmore, producer of "Perils For Pedestrians".
I love this channel! I can turn it on and fall asleep and not feel I’ve missed a beat… bravo! More Berg demos. Don’t know why. I tried to look up what the massive Madison building was prior to being torn down but it was solid.
A developer has plans for "two serpentine buildings, delivering 900 residential units. The project would reduce the existing building footprint on the site, adding more than two acres of open space and improving the "front lawn"" according to an article I found online.
Covid destroyed to hotel industry and there were no interested buyers except developers. It is a shame this created jobs and great showcase for DC tourist.

Esse operador que trabalha na parte baixa, precisa de reciclagem. Muito lerdo e ruim de servgiço
You must have that awful bleep bleep bleeping sound ringing in your ears all day long John, that would drive me mental.
Kind of wanted to go tell the hose guy on the lift to pick a spot and stay put.
@@JohnZWetmore He was a pest, i could have wrung his neck with that hose.
That building was so ugly. Glad to see it torn down.
Strange that the lights were still on during the demo?
Oh man!!! He broke the window!!!
