We don’t have to just wear our locs as is all the time. Those sisters have changed the game! Black women are just so creative! This came out gorgeous!! ❤
I like this better than the loc extensions because it doesn't add as much weight to the hair and thus less risk of thinning. I might do this once my locs mature!

I would get a chance to let my locs grow and 2. Figure out what I wanted to do with them. I either was going to cut them off and start over smaller for that fuller look or start over wearing wigs all the time again. I used both bundles only because they were slightly different in color and I wanted dimension. But I didn't use all the hair, I still have at least half of each bundle left. So I really only used about a bundle of hair, if that makes sense lol
Love this look but would you recommend using this type of the bundle hair for the wrapping process for the bottom of goddess locs?? I want the natural loc look at the top/wavy at bottom...but i want to color the color similar to yours in this video
Its good is not on your own locs because I learned the hard way adding extensions pieces to my already long locs because my hair got extra heavy and over time when I finally got to my stylist she said my hair was starting to thin.. Since I crocheted the hair in so good I couldn’t tell where my own locs ended so I had my stylist cut some off.. then I got home and cut off the rest into a bob.. I wasn’t happy about it but I wasn’t trying to have my hair thin out. Hopefully you won’t have that issue but definitely as a warning but I case. The extra weight could case thinning.

I’ve been trying to find something like this! Is this pretty much Chloe Bailey did with her hair in St Lucia?? It looked so pretty when she had it in a bun at the top of her head and had the ends frame her face like bangs. If you can do a video creating that look I would love it ❤😭
The shedding won’t stop. It’s just like doing a regular weave with curly hair. It does look soooo good tho. I wish I had known about this years ago. My locs is almost at 4 years and it’s already to long for me 😮💨

Shedding and tangling is a huge issue tho. I've seen that be a critique of the bohemian hair look (braids, twists, locs)

5-6 hours is a long time! But I have dyed my locs a few times now, I like to do less as possible, great video!
