One doubt doctor i had varicocele grade 3 in left testis and grade 1 in right testis which was Undescended Gone through surgery left side micro varicoceletomy done right side orchiopexy done but what about grade 1 in right side?

My free-to-total T ratio increased 46% now while I am sedentary than its pre-surgery peak when I was physically active, so one testicle was almost not working. My muscle wasting is decreasing so I'm getting leaner. I have a bit more energy and motivation. My one-sided varicocele was severe at grade 3-4 and almost 50cm (normal is 25-30), so it makes sense. I had no complications so this is an amazing outcome, I got exactly what I went for. I highly recommend Dr Sevinç for varicocele surgery, he is the best of the best with this procedure.
