3D Printed COVID-19 Face Mask Assembly

Our organization NCPPE (ncppe.org) has been creating and donating PPE for three months now. We started with face shields and researched the best options for 3D printed masks in parallel.
We've been making these masks for a month now and have settled on the assembly process that's described in this video.
There are four mask sizes that depend on the length measured from the bridge of your nose, straight down to the bottom of your chin.

* S: shorter than 4"

* M: at least 4" and shorter than 4.5"
* L: at least 4.5" and shorter than 5"
* XL: at least 5"
