- Project Zomboid Muldraugh base Showcase and building process
I decided to build a functional base before winter starts because my small base was no longer sufficient. I tried to stick to a more "realistic style," so no huge bathrooms, a million garden gnomes, or other strange things that nobody would actually build during a zombie apocalypse. You can find the full playthrough of Project Zomboid without commentary on the channel. Don't forget to write something in the comments, I'd love to read your thoughts.

Nice cozy base, some Stalker music at the end. Great video dawg.
Hello! On the ground floor of the southwest side of the building there is a door with two windows on its sides. I think if they are broken it affects the heating of the entire building. To repair them you have to remove the entire window with a crowbar or sledgehammer, I don't remember, and place a whole one that you took from another building. Very good video! nice base! Hope it helps
Hi! Thanks for the advice! But the isolation system in this game is not so realistic (for better or worse). Broken windows/open doors etc. don't really affect the room temperature, so I decided not to worry about it. And anyway, I sleep on the second floor and have a stove, so a cold is not a problem. :)
4:40 "Real peace"
Damn that living room is cozy af
Cool and so cozy,love it!
Thanks.
This is actually awesome
Very cozy base
very nice, now feeling motivated to do something similar to my own base. I usually do anyway i just dont stay motivated long enough but i gotta build some discipline
I'm glad I managed to inspire you. :)
This is the reason i play zomboid your the reason i play zomboid keep it up love you man
Thanks for the support! Comments like these are the reason why I still haven't quit UA-cam haha
Perfect!
amazing base!! i want to have as fire base as you someday :DD
I'm sure you can do even better! Thanks for the comment.
wow amazing work
Thanks! Really glad you liked it. 🙂
Dope base, dope video
Thank you
We almost have the same base location lol! I have one in the bar next door on my world with some friends and we always use that warehouse for supplies😅
Beautiful base, but be careful with burning that beautiful meal!
Haha thank you:)
Muito bom seu conteúdo mano, amassa!
Thank you for your support. 🙂
Man I sometimes come across these videos and I love them so much. Keep up the content. How many hours on this life may I ask?
Thank you. I didn’t count to be honest, but I think I’ve already spent ~50 hours on this walkthrough.
lovely :D
Real peace❤
Very cool
Thx. 👍
so cool
Thanks!
nice base bro i saw this place in multiplayer
Thanks 👍
Wow man this is a great base, good job. Where is it on the map?
Large warehouse on the outskirts of Muldraugh on the West Point side. It's the only big warehouse there, so it's hard to miss.

Unfortunately I'm as far away from this as possible lol
Zomboid has been like a second life to me
Yeah, Zomboid can be addictive like no other game. I've been playing it since its release, which is already 10 years or something lol.
@@Wrongsideofgaming I see. My life was at a point that everything was just school and 8 hours of zomboid straight(I don't regret it).
This guy has built an amazing house meanwhile I’m in Rosewood still doing a cleanup phase, (So many zombies in my front lawn…)
Just don't give up. :)
@@Wrongsideofgaming Thanks man, I was able to clear out most of the zomboids today, Helicopter came in and I only had to deal with 6 or so
@@Sickle2z2 Nice! 👍
Yessss
I wish there was a mod to turn meat into jerky by smoking it or hanging it out to dry for a few days
Such mods already exist, I saw several in the Steam workshop. Search for the word "Jerky" and you will easily find them.
It looks like the main character's house from the game "Teardown"!
Never played it. :)
@@Wrongsideofgaming Try it! This game is one of my favorites. Stands with Project Zomboid, Minecraft, NEO Scavenger, Kerbal Space Program...
I’m surprised that the upstairs area you’ve built counts as inside! Sometimes when I try and build additional floors into buildings where they didn’t exist beforehand the game acts like they’re outside tiles rather than being inside.
In this particular case, what helped me was removing the metal railings and replacing them with wooden walls. But yeah, building in this game is extremely broken and can be painful.
@@Wrongsideofgaming How did you break the bars?
@@brangercs6889 Sledgehammer can destroy any object.
Can you load a bottle with tap water, the one you see in the kitchen?
How long did this take to build? Looks like you put quite a lot of effort into it
10-15 hours of gameplay I think. Except for the time spent collecting all the necessary resources such as nails and tools and destroying all the zombies in the area.
Bro, who let bro cook?
5:42 Peace
Maybe you can also show us where the base is on the map? Or is that classified?
This is a large warehouse on the northern outskirts of Muldraugh, you can easily find it on this map for example map.projectzomboid.com/
Is it fun playing the game solo?
You made me want to play it but I'm a solo player...
I have about 1k hours in this game and have never even tried multiplayer. So yeah, it's quite a fun solo experience. The only downside to the game is the lack of an end goal, which can be a little frustrating.
is this in single player?? and are you using any mods. i just got the game and very excited to play so lmk if u have any mod suggestions! love the base
Thanks for the comment! Yeah, it's single player. If you're just starting out, I recommend playing a couple of runs without mods to not spoil the experience. Later, you'll figure out what you're missing in the game and what mods to look for. The only modifications I can recommend are:
1. Fuel Side Indicator - to know which side to refuel the car from (trust me, it's important);
2. Weapon Condition Indicator - to see the condition of weapons on your belt and know when they're about to break;
3. Minimal Display Bars (or any other mod for displaying hunger/thirst/stamina status, etc.)
That's all you need to enjoy playing 100+ hours. And then you can add a bunch of new weapons, vehicles, etc. :D
And I also added a list of mods that I used in this walkthrough in the description of the video.
@@Wrongsideofgaming thank you very much yo, you are the 🐐
btw what's the location of this building@@Wrongsideofgaming
map.projectzomboid.com/#10607x9328x7179 here@@EkThaKingMan
@@EkThaKingManthis building is well known. The big warehouse of Muldraugh. A great place to loot and to take as a base.
Hello! My friend, this background music is from the game's old soundtrack, right? Is there still a way to use it in the game?
As far as I know, there are no simple ways to add or change music. But you can try to create a mod if you know how to do it.
Bro is building a base. Btw how tf did you get that hand cart?
Cart is from "ZuperCart" mod :)
Can you tell me what you did to not get bored while playing and what you did throughout your survival time?
I don’t know, I was just trying not to die, I was collecting resources, looking for a good car, for the first time in 500+ hours I made my foraging skill to level 10... Mods also helped me not to get bored. Random Zombies, for example, makes the game much more difficult. All this was enough for 70 in-game days, and then yeah, I got bored and decided to build this.
How did you fix the bug where is like climate is like outside at that expanded location?
You just need to destroy all the pre-built railings and build wood walls everywhere instead.
Nice looking base, where is it located?
Muldraugh, big warehouse. :)
How do you get stuff like a vending machine or a water dispenser into your base?
I just brought them from the city. You can carry almost any piece of furniture weighing up to 50.
What is the name of that song please? I really dig it and I havent played with that mod yet!
If you mean guitar music - it's from "Stalker Music Lifestyle Addon" mod and I forgot the name, sorry: (steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2955367415)
You need the "Lifestyle: Hobbies" mod for it to work: (steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2997342681)
The other music is Project Zomboid OST: "No Time" and "What was lost" (old version).
Can you build a tower or castle 🏰.
That would be cool.
Maybe someday. 🙂
whats the name of the music that starts at showcase part
ı've been looking for it
if anyone knows plz tell me .
It's Project Zomboid OST - "What was lost"
thank you 👍
I encountered a problem, during construction in a building, the roof does not appear, the floor is built and it is considered as an open space, is there a solution to the problem?
Where exactly are you building? If it's where I am, then you must build walls at the border where the floors you built begin (doors and windows count too), then the room will be considered "inside". Unfortunately, there are no other solutions.
What mod do you use to be able to play gitar?
"Lifestyle: Hobbies" mod
Брат, жаркое подгорает...
What mods are you using?
All info in description. :)
what mod did you use for wheelbarrow?
"ZuperCart - Carts & Trolleys"
What mods do you have sir?
Full mod list is in th description.
Could someone please send me the music link at 3:38? I would be very thankful.

whats mod that can play the guitar?
Lifestyle: Hobbies
I have a solo run, it's on 40th day now
I never touched the world options
will I ever get winter on my solo server?
and heavy rain
TY
Yes. Heavy rain is kinda random, winter will come in the right time. With base config it won't kill you but it can bring a cold that make you sneeze and alert zombies. Just be sure to use warm clothes and if you see the "cold" moodle go inside for a bit and eat something. If you don't go inside it will evolve to a pneumonia and take more time to go away.
With default settings the player always spawns at the beginning of July, if I remember correctly. Stormy weather I believe is more likely in late summer or fall, so you'll have to wait 60+ days (although heavy rain is also likely in summer, but not often). To wait for the first snow you need to survive 90+ days (assuming that snow can fall in October). And the real winter will begin only after 100-120 days. :)

I hate this warehouse. This place is terrible and nothing will fix it. Also this idiotic destruction of the stairs...
“I’m a really advanced player, I know how to play this game, my base is a real fortress. But I’m still terrified to destroy this ladder because someone once said it is a meta."
Why is this place terrible? This is my first time building a base here, but I think it's perfect. Lots of space inside and outside, convenient location. The only drawback is the clumsy game engine, which causes graphical bugs when changing existing buildings, so I had to leave the ugly first floor as is. And yeah, destroying srairs has been meta since the game was released, I don’t see any problems.
Maybe you should stop playing and go on a walk, just sayin...
How about you improve your resume and get a real job?
That would be great.
Is that Robbie the Rabbit from Silent Hill? I need him! How do I get him?
Yeah, that's from the Brita's Armor Pack mod, zombies sometimes spawn in this outfit. :)
which carpentatry level are u so i can do theese things i love youw work take a sub ❤
Thanks for support! I started building at level 7 in carpentry, but you can even start at level 1 when floor construction becomes available, and then improve the skill as you go. I recommend reading the wiki about carpentry if you are not very experienced in this, it will help you avoid many mistakes. :)
