You can get SAP FICO consulting job if you have strong knowledge on all configuration and Business process . There are lot of ABAP consultants upgraded as SAP Functional consultant

As you are qualified CA and having SAP Business user exp , you should definitely upgrade to SAP configuration and start career as SAP Functional consultant . You may join any IT company as SAP Consultant or you may join as Business Analyst in any SAP implemented company . For training you may join any SAP authorise training institute like Atos .There are many . If You will check with SAP India they will provide You list of SAP authorise training institute . You may follow my channel, you will get good content

Yes , even after learning SAP Finance configuration you can take IJP . Internally you can move to SAP consulting too

If i understood correctly your highest qualification is BCom as you have discontinued CMA . I will suggest start your Career as SAP Business User on any profile like , R2R , P2P,O2C , Asset etc . For this training is required follow this process in UA-cam and prepare . Join some company . Also go for Executive or Distance MBA . Work for 2-3 years . After completion of MBA upgrade to SAP Consulting

Once the company will hire you as per your roles and profile your company will give training to use their application . To become SAP Functional consultant , domain exp and relevant qualification is important . As you are from technical background , I will suggest with SAP-ABAP which is programing module . You can start it with zero knowledge it . Dont go for SAP FICO .
