Glaucoma is a condition that causes damage to your eye's optic nerve and gets worse over time. It's often linked to a buildup of pressure inside your eye. Glaucoma tends to be inherited and may not show up until later in life. The increased pressure, called intraocular pressure, can damage the optic nerve, which transmits images to your brain. If the damage continues, glaucoma can lead to permanent vision loss. Without treatment, glaucoma can cause total permanent blindness within a few years.
Glaucoma is a group of related eye disorders that cause damage to the optic nerve that carries information from the eye to the brain.
Types of Glaucoma- The two major categories of glaucoma are open-angle glaucoma and narrow-angle glaucoma. The "angle" in both cases refers to the drainage angle inside the eye that controls the outflow of the watery fluid (aqueous) which is continually being produced inside the eye.

hello sir, sir 12 sal pahle accident k krn open angle glaucoma k liye 3 operation hue the uske bad se vision pura chla gya left eye ka, and 2 eyedrop dalta hu abhi (total 5times a day dorzox, brimolol) but kbhi kbhi time miss ho jata h so pain hota h, to mera question ye h ki ye glaucoma mujhe accident k through hua h to kya right eye me hone ka chances h? ya is disease se death ho skta h?

I think 50 60 days she is taking medicine and eye drops and before that she do operation of one eye one but some times she cant see any thing totallyblind. So in this lock down ,it's very hard to understand what. We do and we can't find the right glucoma drops also. So what can we do.
