Love this run down of what first year of med school has taught you!

I am a senior high school student applying to premed and can you make a video for the whole process you went through gentle man!

This sounds like a pretty good study strategy, but how do you go about deciding what is high yield information or not? I'm currently waitlisted after round 1 interviews at UQ-Ochsner, but with a bit of luck I'm optimistic I'll be attending this upcoming January.

That’s something you get an idea of after taking a few exams 😅 not super easy honestly. Good luck getting in! Would love to see you in the next class

@@frankmsimon Ended up getting in last week! Off to Brisbane in January. I just remembered your UA-cam channel and came across this video. Any overall suggestions for year 1? Also are the courses pass / fail and are lectures recorded / non mandatory attendance?

Do you have time for your hobbies whilst in med school ? Do you feel overwhelmed ? I am really thinking of becoming a doc too but i dont want my studies to take away my mental health :)

@@frankmsimon it is ironic you say that - about a quarter of my engineering class went to med school and found it easier than engineering
