青口1公斤/kg of mussels
煙肉粒80克/grams of bacon
香芹葉2棵/sprigs of parsley
月桂葉1片/bay leaf
洋蔥半個/half and onion
蒜頭3個/cloves of garlic
鹽少許/pinch of salt
黑胡椒粉半茶匙/half tsp of black pepper
雞湯少許/small splash of chicken stock
忌廉100克/ml of cream
百里香1/4茶匙/tsp of rosemary
白酒1杯/cup of white wine

time flies! 咁就七年!呢條係我第一次睇bob叔嘅片! 特登返黎重溫呢條片,仲記得當年睇完世界盃,通左一晚頂返到屋企,但又唔想訓住,就見到youtube推薦呢條片比我睇,就係咁,開始左追bob叔嘅人生。當年我先F2,出年就yr4準備grad 了,無奈香港呢幾年變得太快,希望bob叔係異地都會繼續開心生活!
又一年了,我也刚出来做工。时间真的过得很快,bob叔简直至理名言,粗口流畅,愿各位健康快乐。

Followed the recipe and made myself and my wife a pot of yummy mussels last night. On top of the ingredients you mentioned, I've also added diced tomato to make it looks more colourful. Also bought a loaf of baguette and use the sauce as a dip, it was a quick and great meal! Thank you for the recipe :)

0.0'' makes me hungry especially when I'm studying haha. So this can be the sauce for pasta? Same here I like to make a large amount of food or sauce so I can have leftovers for the next couple meals! Thumbs up
This sauce can definitely use for pasta and spags. Though the longest you can keep it for is a day. It's shellfish you see :)

Hello~~~Bob~睇你D片學到好多野,不過我煮野食始終唔夠細心,成日會買/落漏左野...
話說我尋日就同未婚妻係759見到有青口喎...早幾晚去朋友到煮野又有隻洋蔥多左連同D香草拎左去新屋個廚房,
所以就即刻買左PACK急凍青口,去買多件肉眼,買多PACK HAM等等,然後諗住煮呢個青口,
返到去煮個陣就發現奶野啦...打開PACK青口,發現點解佢地開晒口又有汁既?
睇返個盒先知原來係已經煮左既,再用加熱就食得,咁我就有所調整,先煮好晒D野,落埋Cream之後先掉D青口落去,
希望唔好再煮D青口咁耐,同埋盡量落少DD佢D汁,呢個時候女人就問可唔可以加D麵落去吸個汁黎食,
但新屋得米粉,所以就做左個白酒忌廉青口米粉哈哈...配上兩杯Riesling,都算食得開開心心
下次買野真係要睇清楚D先好買哈哈~

同普遍中國人先爆後加肉唔同。
其實煮出黎有咩分別?
西式有時會咁,科學啲,呢隻味先,嗰隻味後;中式通常都係薑蒜蔥爆鑊 :)
今日行Supermarket 見到d開左邊ge青口 =S 未整過吾敢買 xD
