You've got this man. Something I always want to see in an ice cream store is really good quality, natural flavours (no cornstarch or corn syrup ice creams). As well as unique and original flavors as well.
From a business standpoint, be careful with allergens in ingredients and be very particular with food safety. As someone with lots of food allergies, it makes a huge difference when I know that a place uses proper separation of their foods. I once had an allergic reaction from ice cream because of the water basin. Yikes. Just try to be upfront about how there could be contact with allergens . Here's an idea. Make it as magical as possible. You want people to remember it. If you've watched Harry Potter, try thinking of it like Fred and George's joke shop. Like lots of colour and just an experience on its own. Idk just a suggestion
