I'm currently comparing totalsegmentator and clip-driven universal radiomics models. I'm curious what is the best automatic Organ/tumor CT-image (semantic) segmentation AI model? In-terms of dice score/AUROC metrics & accuracy of contour delineation

TotalSegmentator is a great tool, but unfortunately it lacks most of the head and neck organs (e.g., parotids, mandible, lymph nodes, cochlea, optics, etc.), which are very important for the radiotherapy of that area. Of course, one can do an in-house training on these, but it would be great to be included for completeness.

i tried running the totalsegmentator but im having an issue and i dont know how to solve it
C:\Users\Desktop\totseg\env>TotalSegmentator -i mni152.nii.gz -o segdirnew --fast
'TotalSegmentator' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
ill be really thankful if you can help me to understand whats the problem
