So eveything is OK until run monailabel in Slicer. When I try to click next sample I got Slicer warning: Unlabeled samples or images not found at server. Instead please go to File -> Add Data to load image.
that learn link and code are no longer working
It would be really awesome to see more projects, easier / more entry level projects with MONAI. I'm trying to apply it where I work (we work with segmentation of TACs) but it is not very easy for someone without enough knowledge as me.

When I try to run the code of 2d_ldm in generative in the tutorial repository. I followed the read me and reached to the step where I have to run this code. This is to run the train_diffusion.py file: !python train_diffusion.py -c ./config/config_train_32g.json -e ./config/environment.json -g 1 This is the error that I get: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: './trained_weights/diffusion_2d/autoencoder.pt' How to resolve the auto encoder.pt error? I have my environment set up on Google Colab and using its GPU.

do you have a gpu? it is a prereq they don't mention
You just have to be patient. It takes awhile. Particularly if you don't have a fast processor like a fast GPU ;)

TotalSegmentator is a great tool, but unfortunately it lacks most of the head and neck organs (e.g., parotids, mandible, lymph nodes, cochlea, optics, etc.), which are very important for the radiotherapy of that area. Of course, one can do an in-house training on these, but it would be great to be included for completeness.
heyy i tried running the totalsegmentator but im having an issue and i dont know how to solve it C:\Users\Desktop\totseg\env>TotalSegmentator -i mni152.nii.gz -o segdirnew --fast 'TotalSegmentator' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. ill be really thankful if you can help me to understand whats the problem
