Welcome to Japan. We do indeed do a lot of walking here in Tokyo. There is lots to see and do, not only in the big city, but also in nearby Yokohama, Kamakura, Nikko, Kawagoe, etc. I've been here more than three decades and still haven't seen all there is to see.
