It was funny how you start up this episode, because I wake up around 5:45am everyday and this podcast is the first thing I listen to on Tuesday mornings. This was an amazing episode, and one that I know I'll be coming back to over and over. Such good pieces of advice from Zach, Sandy and Ellen. Thanks for doing this episode and hope it's the first of many like it.

Woke up in tears this morning. My anxiety has been really bad this week. Too much going on. Can’t think straight. So, I got the ping and turned on the episode. You were my first voice this morning. Thank you. Deep and calming. Then these lovely professionals. Wow. “Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.” I think that’s how the therapist (Daignault) put it? That hit me. I needed that. Thank you.

Can lead a horse to water but cant make him drink it.....and we shouldnt try to make em. Thank you. If you bring forth whats inside you will save you..Michael is finding whats inside others...Ellen is just a pure delight...So positive and full of life and energy, never met her, never seen her before in my life...And instantly she is an open book that even the cover matches the wonderfulness of caring and love that is on the inside..I want to shine like that.. #lifegoal #elleniskickass

I Love what Sandy says about her being pissed off if her kids remember the day she dies. I am one who, people in my family think that I am insensitive when I don't post about my mom's death anniversary or "Heavenly birthday". For me, I remember all the good memories she left me with and ofcourse all the pain she put me through. Most of that pain I was able to heal and forgive myself and my mother over these 11 yrs. Now, I am also able to see the frightened little girl in her, who also endured much abuse in her life. The only regrets we have, is that we didn't know better.
Ellen is awesome as well. These are indeed great therapists and coaches to have worked with.
Zac, as always never ceases to amaze me, as I grow to learn about him bit by bit. The similarities are uncanny, and it feels like he's no stranger at all. A brave soul indeed. Thank you Michael. I will subscribe and listen to your show as and when I can. Keep up the great work. Much Love, Haarsha from South Africa. 🙏

Zachary Levi is always a gift, but Ellen Wasyl and Sandy Daignault said some of the most important things ever for These Challenging Times and whatever these times will bring going forward for how to treat our brains, souls, and selves better. And Michael Rosenbaum has an extremely pleasant voice that I'm now happy to trust with my time. Newly subscribed, super (SEE WHAT I DID THERE) grateful for the beautifully honest conversation.

    " Stay Positive " " I Have Hope "
"Dipshits in the Ozarks" Haha this is gold...And he protested...Him saying he got emotional makes this the realest shit ever..I have tried to tell others about this show, So far 7 others have thanked me for introducing it to them. And I got to thank M.B, I met him because I loved him as Lex like 90% of the world..But then He introduced his Podcast to me and it has changed not only how I view him but how I view MYSELF and others..so Thank You for sharing, caring and loving others. I'm a very early riser, and this is indeed the first thing I put on this morning. Ever heard that Jackson Browne song 'The Next Voice You Hear?' Something about that line, "The next voice you hear will be your own," in Browne's chocolatey voice with those smooth drums gives me chills. 'The world turned upside down' is something I say at least once a day, nowadays.

Not seeing a loved one's body when they're already on the other side is normal , our souls are very real and they're not in the vessel left behind . I've had spiritual awakenings that I once wondered about , and it's through my own beliefs that I know and have found someone that reminded me of my loved one that has crossed over that I found peace with her books.

this is so great, here in the UK we very much still have the idea of the 'stiff upper lip' and saying you're fine when your not, and it's really damaging to try to deal with anxiety and stress privately when you don't know how to deal with it!

So, after being diagnosed with a fatty liver in Nov 2020. I was told to stop drinking or at least cut way back. I have cut wayyy back. Most days I don't drink, but then there are days when I've been in terrible neck pain (Like my back, degenerative discs) with headaches and I'm like, "screw it! I'm having a Bourbon or 4". I feel better for like an hour and then I'm worse for the next 12 hours plus. I rewatched this episode today (3rd time) and it has re-inspired me to get back on track. Thanks for this!!!

This is so great! I actually found myself taking notes on this one!

My "big why" with mental health is still how do we find the people like me who have suffered with anxiety their whole life but don't know it? I didn't figure it out until wayyyy later on due to hitting a mental wall and having a major breakdown and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. My life would have been SO much easier if I knew what anxiety was and how to manage it as a kid and not waited to start figuring that out until my late 20s to early 30s ish. It probably did not help that I was horribly shy and perfectionist kid so I hid it really well. I'm so glad we more openly talk about these things now!

Also, heyyyyy you got me to make my first ever youtube comment!

Silly as it sounds sometimes it helps to hear Lex Luthor, Shazam, Superman, The Flash, Reverse Flash etc... going through similar stuff that I've found myself dealing with over a personally difficult year and a bit. I get it all day and it doesn't go, I get muscles tention on face and I can even open my eyes and other awfully things. I like what the therapist said but it is not easy , it is not about just shaking yourself and telling yourself that is gonna be a good day. I was trying that but it didn't work and now I am taking pills. They helped me for a while , now they don't , I am taking higher dose and still don't work. Mental illness make me feel handicapped when I am not and that is sad. But I know I have to keep fighting and don't give up and get all help I can get and always pray.

After watching this I looked up a few places to go for a few days and it was sooo out of any price range I could afford. Prive Swiss was like 4k a night. I don't make that in a month. Wow I realize this was posted a while back but I have been trying to follow Zachary Levi on his mental health for I myself have definitely been dealing with the same it goes back when I was 4 and my parents owned there own business in Texas and my sister and I would go over to the babysitters house and her son mental and physically abused us I was 4 and she was 3 and it went on for years when we brought it up years later to our mom she was not supportive what so ever over the years my mom would put me down tell me I wasn’t worth anything I would never mount up to anything I am 46 and I still question myself is what she has said to me true. I have missed out on so much because I told so much inside I have been to counseling I would go for a while and then just not go back thinking that no one wants to hear what I have been through. Sorry don’t mean to vent about all of this

i adore you, however, when the box says 'this mask will not protect you from viruses', i completely comprehend that. wear a mask if you feel comfortable, but don't shame other's who don't or can't. you have no idea what medical condition someone is dealing with. keep your judgement to yourself. peace.

Furthermore, yea when your people aren’t with you it can fuck things up. So let’s just throw out the notions of privacy, doctor-patient confidentiality, attorney-client privilege, workplace ethics, civil liberties, etc?
Guess if you want to think it’s a one off you can.
