Thanks for the help but seriously, if you don't want to face with headaches after spending thousands of dollars, I seriously don't recommend buying Sonos. This is from someone who already owns 8 and you will regret it! You spend hours on the phone after waiting an hour and a half or two and they don't solve the problems. The fix they claimed they made recently hasn't gone far enough. Put it this way you're more likely to come across an issue with the latest WiFi router not the router's fault but Sonos hasn't kept up with the technology even though it is a security issue.

Mine doesn’t go through the green light. It stays with blinking orange. Any clue?
Make sure power is completely dead, then hold down on the button, some times it takes ages, 2 or 3 mins, give it a try and let me know
