The Bosch build and longevity is not what what you would expect from a major brand. The holding canister is boarder line pathetic with regards to its holding size.

In case this helps anyone, I had the same issue with my new TV and remote. I was stuck on the window where it was prompting me to push the HOME and LEFT. As it turns out, just hold the HOME and LEFT buttons for 5 seconds, and voila!

My remote won’t turn the tv on

I use it for almost 3 months and would like to share the following user experience impressions: 1st, the wake-up camera capabilities are rather poor. It means that after the movement is detected the recording starts in 2-3-4 seconds thereafter, which may significantly decrease the value of the records. It does not let you start recording few seconds before the event detection, but it would rathe cut few seconds at the beginning of the event. If you need better sensitivity, then Hikvision or smth equivalent could be better option, but it is more complex and requires more user and master setting experience. 2nd, It says that the battery life is 180 days, however, from my experience with some sound and night settings off it is around 75-77 days and may be lower if all the settings are applied at max. I bought this doorbell and installed it inside of the building, i.e. weather conditions do not affect the battery life. If the traffic is huge the battery life will be even lower. Also camera settings are critical, i.e. sounds, speaker, LED lamp on of off, video settings (2k or auto), energy savings settings, wake up and camera sensitivity settings... Overall, it is still a good toy, but you need to keep in mind the realities above.

My granddaughter lives remotely from me (she's a Flight Attendant) and she has had a security scare, I knew nothing about doorbell cams but wanted to help her. There are so many on the market making it confusing, fortunately there are people like you on UA-cam who test them all and put their results and opinions on line. She was about to buy the cheapest unit on the market which looked to be crap and not suitable at all, after viewing your review I knew that the Tapo was the unit to buy for her as it's a security camera as well as a doorbell cam. Seriously anyone contemplating buying said product think twice. When new as expected works well apart from the ridiculous dirt capacity the major problem is longevity by bad design and that’s fact.

Vented dryers CAN BE less efficient than other types of dryers ????? They ARE less efficient energy wise. Fact. Cheap results in expensive in the end.
