I enjoyed watching your video. I have been wanting to put my artwork on canvas.
got to make some canvas pictures that looks really nice jose
Hi enjoy your videos all the time I own a small shop we sell cell phone cases this Christmas I'm thinking about doing sublimation for custom cases and other accessories I've been looking into printers I was thinking about getting Epson P600 and sublimation ink from Precision color but just have a question do you need a specific driver for sublimation or I can just do the regular driver that come with Epson do We have to download different profiles for different kind of papers let me know thanks
Don't let Mrs Printer see how capable you are on the heat press or you will soon be ironing all the laundry 😂
I'll make sure of.that!
Joe, a great tutorial❗️I have a question for you, is it possible to sublimate ont to a heavy weight water paper. Should this be possible what is the process for doing so❓Thank you for your time and effort❗️
Kind regards,
Dick Metteer
You mean to do the final transfer to paper? Not really. It would have to be coated with clear Polyester resin. So no.
Hello Sir. Informative video. There are some wallets with Faux leather material that can be sublimated. Which Faux leather material is that? Big help if you could answer. Thanks
No idea but generally it would have to polyester based.
@@cheo1949 Noted. Thank You so much Sir. I’ll search for polyester based faux leather. Will trouble you again in case any further expertise needed. :)
@@dopaemon7509 I got some from Amazon
Hey, Jose! Nice video! Do you mind sharing where you purchased your poly canvas? I checked your links, but didn't notice the canvas. I've been searching for UNCOATED polyester. Everything that I've ordered has had the coating one one side, and the coating doesn't handle the heat very well. Thanks!
EBAY www.ebay.com/itm/WHITE-100-POLYESTER-CANVAS-FABRIC-60-in-Sold-By-The-Yard/163029334974?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649
That link no longer works.
Im searching for canvas polyester fabric too. But no luck finding anything…
Try Blanks Galore Paper and you will get 100 ink release... There will be no ink on the paper after printing Jose
Where did you get the polyester canvas?
Local frantic shop JOAN'S Fabric.
ottertex 600 denier? Would that work?
Only if it's polyester. You can only sublimate to polyester or polyester resin coated materials.
where is the video on how you treat canvas boards to do sublimation
Never made it yet.
Question: Can you share how you get 48 hour days? :)
??? What are you talking about???? Maybe you can share how with us!
Just as observation. You cannot do all this in the normal 24 hours!
Oooooh! Ok I get it!
Ha Ha yep... Some people don't waste time ..others sit back and just drink wine..😜
What is the heat? Did I miss it??
You mean heat press temp? 395f
Yes, thank you!
It's highly recommended not to use a Teflon sheet on top. You should use butcher paper in case you have blow out. it will attached to the Teflon sheet and transfer to your next product.

Yes you can use either. I carefully check my Teflon Sheets for any stray accidental ghosting from previous trasnfers. I do have Butcher paper which I also used as a single use layer of protection. I do have roll of paper that I use on certain jobs but just remember there are not set in stone requirements. I've tested many different approaches for many specific functions. I will be covering may of these in this series.
