Yes you can. We have Class A 4" insulated pipe available to go through the wall at a 45 degree angle, that way you are still rising for draft as you go out the wall instaed of flat like a 90 degree. Then Class A insulated pipe for outside and another 45 that gets you back to vertical outside.
