All good things must come to an end... this is my last video from my time here in Melbourne, Australia. What an incredible few weeks it has been... I get out for one last decent ride with a great group of locals, including Chris who was in a previous video and Jarrad, co-founder of MAAP.
We went out on a favourite route amongst the locals called "the two bays loop" heading out towards frankston and then through some undulating hills to contrast the pan flat beach road that is famous for cycling in the area. We was very lucky with the weather... it was actually relatively warm in the end, perfect riding weather really. Couldn't have asked for more in my last ride in this beautiful city.
As i mention multiple times in this video, if you haven't been to Melbourne, I definitely suggest that you do so... it really is an incredible part of the world. A place that I will always return to.

I was meant to, but it rained that day and got called off… plus to be fair, I went to mount Hotham, so I doubt very much that the dandenongs are better than that! 🤪👍

If you pause the video you might be able to see the sign… it’s a left at the clock tower round about and then first left again… just on the row of shops there on the left. 😁👍

No offense, but the omly cyclists who ride Beach Road are either newbies or those who can't ride hills. Been riding forever but avoid Beach Road like the plague. It's a 'South of the Yarra' misfortune
Tell that to guys on the hell ride… they’re certainly not newbies and they can smash it up a hill believe me! 👍
