Haven't had much luck giving advice. However the right (depth) lever (as we are looking at it could go up about 2 notches. And the left (leveling) leveling lever up about 4
That was the First plow i ran as a kid. 3-16 pulled by 44 Massey Harris! Wish I could find one?!!!!!

Looks like 14s or 12s. Inch
Little Genius No. 8 with 2-16's. I would prefer 14's for most of the ground I work in but this was pretty sandy ground.
