Ze'Queen DivaLoach I so very much agree it makes me wonder is he the only teacher I've ever heard with sound doctrine? I mean I'm not sure in any of his teachings he ever got one thing wrong when he said The Lord called him to his ministry he wasn't kidding. It makes me wonder if the majority of teachers I've heard were actually called because he puts most teachers to open shame with the things they teach. I know I shouldn't view other teachers that way but he has corrected my doctrine on so many levels I received from other teachers. And the worst part is I've never felt this way before other times I've realized I was wrong about something but this man has shaken nearly every facet of doctrine I've learned from others. He so very obviously needs to be heard by most every Christian in the USA just like I needed it, every one of his teachings are extraordinary! I'm trying not to put him on a pedestal but I'm starting to imagine his face shining can you imagine the glory he must have with the Father. Honestly his teachings have shaken my life up I'm on I think I've watched 16 of his video teachings so far and there are so many to go! Like honestly I keep telling myself he's not infallible he admits his shortcomings but my goodness I've never heard such truth he takes the scriptures at face value like I have never seen! Other teachers I eventually find flawed doctrine in their teachings I don't think I will ever find that with this man and I keep asking how is that possible am I under a spell. But it's clear as day he just Loves the Lord and seeks him daily with all his heart, mind, and body I'm honestly at a loss I didn't know men like this existed.. But I do know that as he says everything good he has he received from The Lord not of his own will so I'm thinking now that like Paul he had a very important calling and that God has worked mightily through him. I don't see any other way of looking at it some may read this and think he shouldn't look at Derek like that but if they think that they haven't watched his teachings. The power of God is evident in his ministry and I for one am so very glad the Lord gave us this humble man and handed him such power and conviction to shake up our understanding of the gospel and fundamentals of the Christian faith.
His glory lives on past his life and I'm confident as the Lord promised him it will continue to bring glory to God until the Messiah comes, what an awesome ministry he established! And I too wish I could have talked with him in person, I can't wait to see the glory he received as he's earned every bit of it he will certainly have charge over many people's for he was faithful with what God entrusted to him.

I'm a musician ever since I was 3 yrs old . Not at church! I've heard all kinds of believes, and preaching, pastors, and evangelists. There was a few pastors, and there were a few real pastors that done miracles. But some of them are just preachers. Brother Derek is a professional, bless, anointed man, and teacher put here on this earth 🌎 with his beautiful wife,, and partner, as an example, and as a blessing 🙌. I am and have been a emotional eater,have gone through a lot of heartache in my life, losing everyone close to me and I feel very condemned listening to Mr Derek Prince,I honestly don't want to be overweight but I really battle and I really do love Jesus with all my heart,I have limited funds and can't always buy the right food so I eat bread and pasta,I can't do this on my own,I know that,I am crying out for the Lord's mercy to help me

That's the beauty of God, we don't have to do it alone or by our selves. All thing's are possible through Jesus Christ our lord and savior by the grace of God. Hang in there sweetheart. Please don't feel condemned by this. And also remember God made us wonderfully and perfect in his sight. And you are loved by God always and he loves us how we are and not for how we look or for how much money we have or don't have. Just take things one day at a time and one foot in front of the other.
Recently the Lord told me to take limits off of Him concerning the provision of healthy, nourishing foods. The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want (no lack). He is a generous provider.

It didn't hit me until now about our bodies belonging to God. I have struggled with cigarettes over half my life. I have prayed so much for God to deliver me from them. I've quit alot of things in my life but this one has been the hardest. I need extra prayers.
I had to learn to absolutely abhor and despise smoking and not tolerate it. You cannot change what you continue to tolerate. And also learned that once you're a smoker it's like losing your virginity, you will always be a smoker and never go back, you are going to be tempted for the rest of your life in ways that a non-smoker is never tempted because they're not familiar with the addiction. Therefore I practice visualizing the next time I get a craving for a cigarette, or the next time somebody triggered me or made me angry and I wanted to smoke, or the next time I found myself in an environment like a bar with other smokers, I practiced every scenario I could think of that would cause me to smoke again and in advance I practice that my answer would be no. Lastly , i had dozens of failed attempts at quitting, and so I also visualize myself being in my 70s 80s 90s and Beyond, and visualizing something triggering or tempting me to smoke again at that age and I already decided my answer decades into the future would be no, I'm not going to smoke that, and if I do it's not going to change anything so why would I be so stupid to make a decision to smoke it again? And to ruin all those Decades of being smoke-free? That's been decades ago and I have been smoke-free, and of course I no longer have cravings but I practiced memorizing the fact that I still could be tempted to go back at any time and be a smoker, even as I write this, but the decision I made decades ago still stands. The answer is no I will not smoke again
Also forgot to mention another thing that helps, was the scripture where God commanded Adam and Eve to take Dominion over the plants and vegetables of the world. Tobacco is a plant, and when I learned that I was allowing this stupid vegetable to have dominion and control over me, that really pissed me off and made me indignant and I said there's no way I'm going to allow this plant to control me, a creature made in the image of God, and given the Commandment to take dominion over the plant. How do you feel allowing a plant to have dominion over you? How long are you going to take it being your boss?

Pastor Derek brings the TRUTH home. I have learned so much from his teachings. MY very difficult trial of illness specifically Cancer and associated kidney disease, I Do believe was caused by my disregard for the sanctity of my body through unrepentant SIN As hard as it has been to face this truth, I had to face it. God tried to wake me up, but I was weak and foolish, IGNORING his unction. . Now, I have suffered because of my rebellion. I know God has forgiven me but we have consequences for the choices we make. I have learned much of His healing power, I should have passed years ago. I now overcome by the Word of my Testimony and by The Blood of the Lamb, and I do NOT love my life unto death. What matters most is my Salvation which now I am assured of. I don't know if I would have passed through to eternal life while I was on willful sin. That's SCARY. NOW I KNOW WHERE I AM GOING, TO BE WITH JESUS.

I used to listen to snatches of his radio program during his lifetime when I was college, but he seemed rather like a rather stuffy lecturer due his British accent yet flawless diction. Now I hang on his every word, and his anointed teachings are powerfully strengthening my Christian life.

Diet info has changed! Fat is good for you now, reduce your sugar and grains and cut them out completely if you can! Stick with meat and vegetables especially cruciferous vegetables x
Cruciferous is not so grand with Hashimotos....inhibits thyroid hormone. I was born with thyroid never developed, meds keep me alive. Those foods can create more issues for some. Raw food diet is however the best for my body, with very limited cruciferous.
I believe the answer here is learning to listen to our bodies. It's very clear that there is not one diet or type of food that fits all. If I ate a raw food diet, I would be in a lot of pain. First we need to cut out all the junk and then learn what our bodies need and can tolerate with the foods we have left to pick from. I personally don't do well with a lot of fiber. Fiber isn't even digestible, it's merely to help push other foods through and scrape the walls of the intestine clean. I have a really hard time with raffinose as well which is in some of my favorite foods (cabbage, kale, broccoli, ect). If a person has no GI issues (which is rare nowadays) then I believe a very well rounded diet will never get you into trouble.
Oh one more thing yes you need fat you need eggs and you need avocados and you need high quality nuts that are rich with fat one of the reasons people had so many brain problems from that day and age until now 2022 is because they were told to stop eating fat your body has to have fat the function. They took away the fat in yogurt etc and they had to add something to it in order to make it taste good because we by nature like the taste of fat animal fat, eggs, avocados, walnuts nuts etc don't eliminate fat from your diet eliminate sugar and carbohydrates
I have a genuine question. I hope it’s not taken the wrong way. I’m a former bulimic, eating disorder free for 20 years only by the grace of God and his healing touch. I was always disgusted with myself for overeating and knew it was a sin despite not reading the Bible or knowing God at the time. At church, I have a wonderful pastor who is humble and kind. But he’s very overweight and there are others like that working as assistant pastors, worship leaders, etc. When I hear the weekly messages about living up to God’s standards, sometimes I wonder why the issue of treating our bodies as temples isn’t addressed. It seems like the church has adopted the culture which says that overindulging is ok and it’s ok to be very overweight. I don’t believe that the majority of very overweight people are genetically predisposed to be that way. It’s a lifestyle. I probably didn’t word this as lovingly as Mr. Prince but I tried.
I just got delivered from a demon of food addiction recently. All my life I struggled. I am very sad the church is deceived on this because so many need help and deliverance. For myself it was definitely a demon it drew me and consumed my thoughts. Praise Jesus forever what He has done for me He can do for them
If any of us surrender our whole selves to God, He will in His time, do above and beyond what we can dream. As temples of the Holy Spirit, Jesus can do unlimited miracles, through us. The percentage of believers who do this are minimul. Be part of this unique/elite group!

Ik it’s easier for me to say this but who cares about who acknowledges us and who ignore us when the creator of all, the almighty knows us personally and intimately and knows every detail of us! If my God knows me and that I exist and loves me, then i don’t card who doesn’t! He’s all I need and the only one who’s ever really gonna be there for me no matter what!

I'm so depressed lately that I've gained weight. I lost almost 70lbs and gained 60 of it back. Im so disgusted at myself. I know its the devil. I need prayer and control over my eating. I know the Lord loves me but I'm upset with me. I feel the spiritual battle attacking me so much

Whole grains & whole wheat bread have fiber to make u feel full. Fruit has natural sugar to give energy and is a good breakfast. Most all store purchased donuts, cakes, cookies are white sugar, white flour and get stored as fat in the body. Read good health books re: nutrition. God has spoken into my spirit at times and said "It's not my will for you to eat that". And I'm like "what, ? seriously ? ok, I'm not able to go against the LORD.
I so appreciate his scripture teaching and alerting the church to the problem of irresponsible, ignorance about health. I would add that the USDA food pyramid is a poor example of diet recommendations. What we know now about the consequences of a heavy carb diet with low fat plus the amount of foods available in every category that are highly processed should alert us to a deeper investigation into what is healthy to eat. I certainly don’t fault Him for this. Like he said, he’s not a scientist. If people ate according to the pyramid and all their foods were high quality and unprocessed (industrial I mean) they’d probably be okay, though even then, some folks have bodies that cannot handle such a diet.

I feel like this is the battle of my life and I needed this message. When Paul talks about living in the flesh and sin and the law i think there is so much deeper about really living by the spirit and not the flesh because living by the flesh puts is in a curse of the law. There's so much to meditate on and learn and praise God for his mercy and for showing us his way. My body has been such an idol, I'm praising God for walking me with him down this narrow way of burning my idols and being molded in his image and being the clay and he is the Potter. Such up to date information, I always say the bible is the most relevant book for every year, it's contents never go out of date. Amazing preaching, so insightful. I think though we can blame fathers too for many childrens poor eating habits. I've had decades of problems regarding food and I can remember exactly when it entered my mind, after a comment from my father. I pray daily for deliverance from it, it has been the thorn in my side.
Agreed! We used to drink water as needed. Maybe Tea or koolaid with A meal once a week(as a treat) Now, with so many drinks at our reach and on the go we grab out of habbit .I myself drink way too many! And dr.s told me mt.dew is one of the worst! (The one I grab)..

It's a good thing to address this subject. However people have been following the dietary guidelines to no avail, because it is industry driven. Today they even recommend meal worms and crickets😨 Think and follow a whole foods diet, not the new fads. And eat biblical, local, seasonal, avoid the chemicals.

This is why I'm so grateful I became Vegan. I became Vegan for ethical reasons, but the health benefits are incredible! No more diabetes, high blood pressure, no cholesterol problems anymore, I'm at my ideal weight from being overweight ect. :)
That's cool. However, you don't have to be began to have those health benefits. My health is rapidly improving and I eat meat and follow a keto diet. Happy carnivore here :-)
How are you doing that? I mean i know that diabetics should eat very limited amount of carbs yet vegan diet is full of them. I guess you mostly eat nuts, salads, mushrooms and avocado?

Brilliant advice which should be highlighted in churches all over the world today, when our hospitals are creaking with the weight of bodies poisoned by bad food, corrupt drink, drugs and so many other corrupt practices, it’s insane. This is one of Derek Prince’s most crucial sermons. Soft drink contain impure poison!
I wonder what he would say about covering our bodies with tattoos and piercings...the practice of the pagans. I do not believe a person will go to hell for it. I regard it more as, "all things are lawful, but not all things are profitable." My understanding is that it is a carnal, flesh practice. If the reasons are "spiritual", it is not of God. I also understand they won't make it into eternity on our glorified body. Even before I was a Christian I didn't like them and the explosion of them...tattoos and piercings makes me think there's more to them than style. I also notice that no one that I know have only just gotten one...seems addictive. I also notice that Christians seem to defend them more than any other carnal choices they make. Just observations, no judgements. Curious.
Breads, cereals, rice & pasta are high in carbs, carbs turn into sugar in the body, plus when fat is taken out of a food product its replaced with sugar. I was 19st and i lost nine stone in weight just by eating half of everything. No need for special diets or medication or diet shakes. ✝️

The first preaching from him that I didn't liked, so I did answered a post from someone that never liked his or hers own body with the follow words : Is terrible... I know how you feel !!! I think if someone would accept us like we are, fat or ugly or not....we will find our balance... But is not easy to find someone that loves us like we are, than mores the people talk about my weight more difficult is for me to lose weight because I feel rejected and frustrate and eat more sweeties !! I don't liked this preach, I love him and all his preachings, but not that one !! 😔
Cecilia D.H - we always try to seek comfort in our distraction. First thing to do is see what’s fact and real. Acknowledge our bad habits and the results of it. Then we seek guidance to change our ways from those habits that are destructive to us. When God sees our willingness then he makes way for us. God accepts not with all our sins but when we confess and come clean of them. God bless!
I am overweight and my husband has only known me as being overweight. He loves me and tells me I'm beautiful but it surprisingly doesn't provide me with any balance. I still hate on myself all the time. I think it takes a change of thinking. I hope to have that soon.

Shalom peace be with you. It's about knowing who you are spiritually so you are free not a slave to anything. The spirit nephesh is strong the flesh is weak. When you feed your nephesh spirit the TRUTH you start to see the reality. its learning to speak the TRUTH to yourself that's how one walks by faith testing every spirit (thought) sent to take your peace and taking it into captivity handing the thought over to Father and resting in what Almighty YHWH is doing in you. Learning to say no to the suggestion is the only way you can become free. Remember we all have been given a free will so it's a choice we make. Its about offer and acceptance to resist the offer sent by azazel satan devil you are the only one that can say no I dont need it because it's not good for my mind, body or nephesh. If you sow to the flesh you reap the flesh, if you sow to the spirit you reap spiritual. What you feed becomes stronger. What you starve becomes weaker. Rauch hokadesh holy spirit becomes our comforter who gives us a peace that surpasses all human understanding. Only you can chose to say no and hand the suggestions over to Father and leave it there so Father can work in your life. But it takes a lot of discipline to leave it with Father not take it back again. Hence why you have to keep speaking to yourself deny the flesh. The more you do that deny the flesh the enemy has to flee. Remember it's about ones free will to simply chose to let go and rest in Father. Always much love and respect

Ze'Queen DivaLoach I so very much agree it makes me wonder is he the only teacher I've ever heard with sound doctrine? I mean I'm not sure in any of his teachings he ever got one thing wrong when he said The Lord called him to his ministry he wasn't kidding. It makes me wonder if the majority of teachers I've heard were actually called because he puts most teachers to open shame with the things they teach. I know I shouldn't view other teachers that way but he has corrected my doctrine on so many levels I received from other teachers. And the worst part is I've never felt this way before other times I've realized I was wrong about something but this man has shaken nearly every facet of doctrine I've learned from others. He so very obviously needs to be heard by most every Christian in the USA just like I needed it, every one of his teachings are extraordinary! I'm trying not to put him on a pedestal but I'm starting to imagine his face shining can you imagine the glory he must have with the Father. Honestly his teachings have shaken my life up I'm on I think I've watched 16 of his video teachings so far and there are so many to go! Like honestly I keep telling myself he's not infallible he admits his shortcomings but my goodness I've never heard such truth he takes the scriptures at face value like I have never seen! Other teachers I eventually find flawed doctrine in their teachings I don't think I will ever find that with this man and I keep asking how is that possible am I under a spell. But it's clear as day he just Loves the Lord and seeks him daily with all his heart, mind, and body I'm honestly at a loss I didn't know men like this existed.. But I do know that as he says everything good he has he received from The Lord not of his own will so I'm thinking now that like Paul he had a very important calling and that God has worked mightily through him. I don't see any other way of looking at it some may read this and think he shouldn't look at Derek like that but if they think that they haven't watched his teachings. The power of God is evident in his ministry and I for one am so very glad the Lord gave us this humble man and handed him such power and conviction to shake up our understanding of the gospel and fundamentals of the Christian faith.
His glory lives on past his life and I'm confident as the Lord promised him it will continue to bring glory to God until the Messiah comes, what an awesome ministry he established! And I too wish I could have talked with him in person, I can't wait to see the glory he received as he's earned every bit of it he will certainly have charge over many people's for he was faithful with what God entrusted to him.

It didn't hit me until now about our bodies belonging to God. I have struggled with cigarettes over half my life. I have prayed so much for God to deliver me from them. I've quit alot of things in my life but this one has been the hardest. I need extra prayers.
I had to learn to absolutely abhor and despise smoking and not tolerate it. You cannot change what you continue to tolerate. And also learned that once you're a smoker it's like losing your virginity, you will always be a smoker and never go back, you are going to be tempted for the rest of your life in ways that a non-smoker is never tempted because they're not familiar with the addiction. Therefore I practice visualizing the next time I get a craving for a cigarette, or the next time somebody triggered me or made me angry and I wanted to smoke, or the next time I found myself in an environment like a bar with other smokers, I practiced every scenario I could think of that would cause me to smoke again and in advance I practice that my answer would be no. Lastly , i had dozens of failed attempts at quitting, and so I also visualize myself being in my 70s 80s 90s and Beyond, and visualizing something triggering or tempting me to smoke again at that age and I already decided my answer decades into the future would be no, I'm not going to smoke that, and if I do it's not going to change anything so why would I be so stupid to make a decision to smoke it again? And to ruin all those Decades of being smoke-free?
That's been decades ago and I have been smoke-free, and of course I no longer have cravings but I practiced memorizing the fact that I still could be tempted to go back at any time and be a smoker, even as I write this, but the decision I made decades ago still stands. The answer is no I will not smoke again
Also forgot to mention another thing that helps, was the scripture where God commanded Adam and Eve to take Dominion over the plants and vegetables of the world. Tobacco is a plant, and when I learned that I was allowing this stupid vegetable to have dominion and control over me, that really pissed me off and made me indignant and I said there's no way I'm going to allow this plant to control me, a creature made in the image of God, and given the Commandment to take dominion over the plant. How do you feel allowing a plant to have dominion over you? How long are you going to take it being your boss?

As hard as it has been to face this truth, I had to face it. God tried to wake me up, but I was weak and foolish, IGNORING his unction. . Now, I have suffered because of my rebellion. I know God has forgiven me but we have consequences for the choices we make. I have learned much of His healing power, I should have passed years ago. I now overcome by the Word of my Testimony and by The Blood of the Lamb, and I do NOT love my life unto death.
What matters most is my Salvation which now I am assured of. I don't know if I would have passed through to eternal life while I was on willful sin.

Diet info has changed! Fat is good for you now, reduce your sugar and grains and cut them out completely if you can! Stick with meat and vegetables especially cruciferous vegetables x
Cruciferous is not so grand with Hashimotos....inhibits thyroid hormone.
I was born with thyroid never developed, meds keep me alive. Those foods can create more issues for some. Raw food diet is however the best for my body, with very limited cruciferous.
I believe the answer here is learning to listen to our bodies. It's very clear that there is not one diet or type of food that fits all. If I ate a raw food diet, I would be in a lot of pain. First we need to cut out all the junk and then learn what our bodies need and can tolerate with the foods we have left to pick from. I personally don't do well with a lot of fiber. Fiber isn't even digestible, it's merely to help push other foods through and scrape the walls of the intestine clean. I have a really hard time with raffinose as well which is in some of my favorite foods (cabbage, kale, broccoli, ect). If a person has no GI issues (which is rare nowadays) then I believe a very well rounded diet will never get you into trouble.
The pyramid is a quide, but more importantly are the scriptures which warn us to discipline our bodies and subject ourselves to God.
Oh one more thing yes you need fat you need eggs and you need avocados and you need high quality nuts that are rich with fat one of the reasons people had so many brain problems from that day and age until now 2022 is because they were told to stop eating fat your body has to have fat the function. They took away the fat in yogurt etc and they had to add something to it in order to make it taste good because we by nature like the taste of fat animal fat, eggs, avocados, walnuts nuts etc don't eliminate fat from your diet eliminate sugar and carbohydrates

I have a genuine question. I hope it’s not taken the wrong way. I’m a former bulimic, eating disorder free for 20 years only by the grace of God and his healing touch. I was always disgusted with myself for overeating and knew it was a sin despite not reading the Bible or knowing God at the time. At church, I have a wonderful pastor who is humble and kind. But he’s very overweight and there are others like that working as assistant pastors, worship leaders, etc. When I hear the weekly messages about living up to God’s standards, sometimes I wonder why the issue of treating our bodies as temples isn’t addressed. It seems like the church has adopted the culture which says that overindulging is ok and it’s ok to be very overweight. I don’t believe that the majority of very overweight people are genetically predisposed to be that way. It’s a lifestyle. I probably didn’t word this as lovingly as Mr. Prince but I tried.

Whole grains & whole wheat bread have fiber to make u feel full. Fruit has natural sugar to give energy and is a good breakfast. Most all store purchased donuts, cakes, cookies are white sugar, white flour and get stored as fat in the body. Read good health books re: nutrition. God has spoken into my spirit at times and said "It's not my will for you to eat that". And I'm like "what, ? seriously ? ok, I'm not able to go against the LORD.

I so appreciate his scripture teaching and alerting the church to the problem of irresponsible, ignorance about health. I would add that the USDA food pyramid is a poor example of diet recommendations. What we know now about the consequences of a heavy carb diet with low fat plus the amount of foods available in every category that are highly processed should alert us to a deeper investigation into what is healthy to eat.
I certainly don’t fault Him for this. Like he said, he’s not a scientist. If people ate according to the pyramid and all their foods were high quality and unprocessed (industrial I mean) they’d probably be okay, though even then, some folks have bodies that cannot handle such a diet.

I feel like this is the battle of my life and I needed this message. When Paul talks about living in the flesh and sin and the law i think there is so much deeper about really living by the spirit and not the flesh because living by the flesh puts is in a curse of the law. There's so much to meditate on and learn and praise God for his mercy and for showing us his way. My body has been such an idol, I'm praising God for walking me with him down this narrow way of burning my idols and being molded in his image and being the clay and he is the Potter. Such up to date information, I always say the bible is the most relevant book for every year, it's contents never go out of date. Amazing preaching, so insightful. I think though we can blame fathers too for many childrens poor eating habits. I've had decades of problems regarding food and I can remember exactly when it entered my mind, after a comment from my father. I pray daily for deliverance from it, it has been the thorn in my side.

It's a good thing to address this subject. However people have been following the dietary guidelines to no avail, because it is industry driven. Today they even recommend meal worms and crickets😨 Think and follow a whole foods diet, not the new fads. And eat biblical, local, seasonal, avoid the chemicals.

I wonder what he would say about covering our bodies with tattoos and piercings...the practice of the pagans. I do not believe a person will go to hell for it. I regard it more as, "all things are lawful, but not all things are profitable." My understanding is that it is a carnal, flesh practice. If the reasons are "spiritual", it is not of God. I also understand they won't make it into eternity on our glorified body. Even before I was a Christian I didn't like them and the explosion of them...tattoos and piercings makes me think there's more to them than style. I also notice that no one that I know have only just gotten one...seems addictive. I also notice that Christians seem to defend them more than any other carnal choices they make. Just observations, no judgements. Curious.
Breads, cereals, rice & pasta are high in carbs, carbs turn into sugar in the body, plus when fat is taken out of a food product its replaced with sugar. I was 19st and i lost nine stone in weight just by eating half of everything. No need for special diets or medication or diet shakes. ✝️

I think if someone would accept us like we are, fat or ugly or not....we will find our balance... But is not easy to find someone that loves us like we are, than mores the people talk about my weight more difficult is for me to lose weight because I feel rejected and frustrate and eat more sweeties !! I don't liked this preach, I love him and all his preachings, but not that one !! 😔
Cecilia D.H - we always try to seek comfort in our distraction. First thing to do is see what’s fact and real. Acknowledge our bad habits and the results of it. Then we seek guidance to change our ways from those habits that are destructive to us. When God sees our willingness then he makes way for us. I am overweight and my husband has only known me as being overweight. He loves me and tells me I'm beautiful but it surprisingly doesn't provide me with any balance. I still hate on myself all the time. I think it takes a change of thinking. I hope to have that soon.

Shalom peace be with you. It's about knowing who you are spiritually so you are free not a slave to anything. The spirit nephesh is strong the flesh is weak. When you feed your nephesh spirit the TRUTH you start to see the reality. its learning to speak the TRUTH to yourself that's how one walks by faith testing every spirit (thought) sent to take your peace and taking it into captivity handing the thought over to Father and resting in what Almighty YHWH is doing in you. Learning to say no to the suggestion is the only way you can become free. Remember we all have been given a free will so it's a choice we make. Its about offer and acceptance to resist the offer sent by azazel satan devil you are the only one that can say no I dont need it because it's not good for my mind, body or nephesh. If you sow to the flesh you reap the flesh, if you sow to the spirit you reap spiritual. What you feed becomes stronger. What you starve becomes weaker. Rauch hokadesh holy spirit becomes our comforter who gives us a peace that surpasses all human understanding. Only you can chose to say no and hand the suggestions over to Father and leave it there so Father can work in your life. But it takes a lot of discipline to leave it with Father not take it back again. Hence why you have to keep speaking to yourself deny the flesh. The more you do that deny the flesh the enemy has to flee. Remember it's about ones free will to simply chose to let go and rest in Father.

New creation worships Father in Spirit and in TRUTH. The two kingdoms Fathers kingdom is spiritual and for one to enter their heart needs to be humble. Azazel satan kingdom is about the lusts of the flesh full of pride. Fathers grace is sufficient for all Yah'Shua Hamessiah came for all. Father looks at the heart because that's where the real treasure is hidden and only Father can reach the inner most depths of ones heart. So keep speaking the TRUTH to yourself and you will find that you will be able to overcome those stumbling blocks one step at a time. Father looks at the heart. Even if we can only give 1% it's better than 0 as long as we keep moving forwards leaving the past behind so we can learn from the past so we dont go back there and be equipped so we can help others. It's about helping one another to overcome their past classroom of life. This world is preparation for eternity. Remember you are precious in Fathers eyes you are the only one who can BELIEVE the TRUTH so you can RECIEVE the TRUTH that sets you FREE.
