    Great class! Been doing yoga for 6months straight but just started seeking out toning yoga videos. Best lower body focused class I've found yet and being a beginner, this one I worked hard for, thanks!

    This was so tough. I had to take multiple pauses in between as my leg muscles were “catch”ing up.
    I did manage to complete it and now I want to practice this so that I can match pace with you.

    guruji if it is possible please do make videos for student who want to increase their sitting capacity for studies because i have weaken my glutes due to prolonged sitting

    Hi Rashmi.. I have a pear shape body .. so I looked for toning lower body videos... your videos are awesome.. I started with the beginner one you shared and have started with this video now.. it is actually working on my lower body.. hope to master it soon then will start with the harder one.. thanks for your videos.. lots of love 💕❤

    thanks a ton rashmi. have done the beginners butt glute one several times and was always nervous to attempt this one..finally did and could do it all! owe it to you for my sides and butts getting toned during this lock down!

      also for these, can they be done stand alone or coupled with a warm up and cool down?

      :) happy to know! How much you do depends on how much time you have. You can do it as a stand alone but if you have time then it's nice to warm up and cool down as well

    Rashmi, this set of exercises is pretty good for glutes. Loved doing it❤. Could you please post something for inner thighs and overall leg toning too!?

    I thought by doing this workout i won't get pain in my glutes the next morning, since i do a lot of gym n cardio but this really helped and is calming thank you!!!

      Whatever is comfortable for you without experiencing pain is ok to do. People have different levels of pain so it’s tough to make a video on it. But you must consult a doctor whether it’s ok to exercise

      Pilates exercises don't burn too many calories but work on building strength and tone.

      It will tone your legs, glutes and thighs. And also works on your love handles and waist line.
