I love the castle houses there.
    Not many people outside !
I wonder what the statistics are in this area like population, male ratio to female , income , house prices , employment and more ?
Love your bike seeing tour .
My Heart prefers Euclid ave in Cleveland .

I use a site called Statistical Atlas (my brother uses it but shows it to me often). We were looking up stats prior to me going there. The Central West End area is basically the most populated area neighborhood in St. Louis.
      Race: White (57.7%), Black (27%), Asian (10.4%), Hispanic (2.7%).
      Female 51%, Male 49%
46% of population between age 18-34.
      Median income housing: $51,000
The areas that I rode down were the more upscale streets for income levels. If I went a tad further North and East in Central West End, the demographics change and the income level drops to about $34,000. And then crazy as it seems, if you leave Central West End and go North a little bit (maybe even like five minutes away), medium income drops to $17,000, and it is about a 96% distribution of black, 2.8% white, 0.3% Asian. The Google Maps view in the North show a very very different housing situation. If I had more time, I wanted to bike ride through this neighborhood (despite being advised not to); but I ran oit of time.
And yes, lol, Euclid Avenue in Cleveland still takes the cake!
