Ummm I don’t think so. The two products she used most were two HIGH END brands that aren’t even medium cheap….it’s expensive then the concealer is a drugstore brand but they’ve recently really increased their prices. I seriously hope you were being sarcastic.
@@SomethingAboutBeautee?? She used 2 Sephora priced products.. she also said “choose one that works for your skin type” not “you need to buy this exact Bobbi brown primer and MUF foundation or else 🔪🔪🔪” so kindly calm the fuck down
It's also important that the foundation and primer have the same base. It's easiest to make sure the first ingredient in both is water then they shouldn't spilt on the face which can happen easily if they aren't based on the same ingredient
Amazing video!!! You are a gold mine of info!!! This may be my favorite look, it's Definitely top 5 favorite content! Love beginner tips, you are SO through ❤
My problem is finding foundation that matches my skin tone. When I go places where they claim it matches, once Im outside I look like a white clown! My face has different shades of brown so I can’t ever find one I like. That cool and warm trick, I don’t understand it. I get so frustrated 😢. I love your tutorials and just wish my skin tone was as beautiful as yours is.❤
Try instead matching to your neck. It might be easier to figure out one color and overall makes it look seamless instead of ur face being an entirely different color.
Thank you so much for using affordable products that are easily accessible at drug stores. As a beginner, it means so much to be able to go out and purchase make up that won’t cost an arm or a leg so this video is extremely helpful! Is there any way you would be able to list the foundation, concealer and blush colors you used. We have the same skin tone and I’d love to be able to purchase the right shades❤❤❤❤🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🥰🥰🥰! Thank you 🙏🏾
I would say a concealer, eyeshadows (can be used for eyes and eyebrows), blush, lip product (tinted lipgloss), powder. These are for everyday makeup. It also depends on what are your concerns. I feel like foundation is too hard for a beginner to make it looks good. You can also swap out the primer for a setting spray cuz you can use it as a primer and setting spray.
Thank you so much Ale Jay!!!! I appreciate all you do for us. When you upload a tutorial I make sure I have my makeup ready so I can have my very own one on one with you 🫶🏽🫶🏽
It's up to you. I don't wear concealer on top.. I use it before.. I don't like the weird non natural bright look it gives after applying foundation.. I also use tinted moisturizers vs foundation because foundation is/look to heavy on my skin. 💜
Good list. I'd also recommend multitasking products. For example, this is my face or base product list as a minimal makeup user: 1. Sunscreen infused with primer, or a tinted sunscreen works too. Bonus points if matte finish. 2. Foundation/concealer in your shade. Blend well. The two doesn't need to be separate. 3. Colour corrector for acne spots or hyperpigment. I use peach shades for my light medium warm olive tone. 4. Don't forget to pat your base product or a skintone-matching matte shadow on your lids. It opens up the eyes a lot. 5. Powder or setting spray. Not always needed if the base is matte already. Sometimes I forego this. For extra oomph or need: Mascara, eyeliner, brow product, and lip product your choice and shade. These aren't always mandatory for everyday fresh face look. As an oily skin woman with a naturally flushed face under the sun, I do not use highlighter, contour, bronzer or blush. For me personally, these are unnecessary clutter.
I really want to try doing my own makeup, just the thought tho gives me anxiety 😵💫😭. I’ve been watching so many videos and I’m ready to test it out and go for it
Just start. You will only learn through trial and error. You don't have to have an event to go to. Shopping, the laundry ar e places to start. This way you get to see your results and you will get better the more you practice. Before you realize it, you will have an event to go to and by then your skills will have improved. Start small, foundation only and then graduate to concealer and powder and always use a setting spray and your efforts will pay off. Remember, everyone else around you are not professionals either, so they will not know the difference between an amateur or an expert, so don't feel like you have to be an expert and have to do it perfectly. You just need to apply your makeup to your satisfaction where you have achieved your goals without looking like a clown. Hope this helps motivate you to get started. Don't worry about what others may think or feel about your journey. You are competing with yourself and nobody else so you will only get better and feel better about yourself. Good luck.
I used to be so lazy to hunt (in my defence England had a trash range at the time) for my shade of foundation so I bought a clear blurring primer and only done my eye shadow, mascara and lipstick. People used to compliment me on my makeup skills and ask where I found such a good foundation from, they would get so mad when I said it's only a primer, they thought I was gatekeeing this secret super perfect colour matching foundation all to myself. 😂
make sure if you have a water based primer you have a water based foundation and if you have a silicon based primer you have a silicon based foundation or else your foundation will patch ❤️
Hi, I am a beginner in makeup, I don't know my colour type, I have tried some colour and I have not seen a colour that matches mine, can you help me please, my skin colour is almost exactly like yours, please help, thank you
I love that you did this with affordable, accessible brands. And it’s stunning…just like you.

i think you are perfectly beautiful just the way you are
Try with the Dior Forever or BackStage, the BackStage is better in price and performance. And You have a lot of shades. ❤❤❤
Try instead matching to your neck. It might be easier to figure out one color and overall makes it look seamless instead of ur face being an entirely different color.
Match your face to your neck❤ go to a counter for a swatch and then step out into the natural light. Take a picture to be sure❤
Always go with a darker foundation. You won't fail.
U are gorgeous even without ur makeup!! ❤

What’s the name of all of them please tell me
you dont need a primer if you have skincare that is good for your skin type.
You need more than that, eye shadow , lashes and dark contour, bore pencil
The real queation i have is how do i find perfect match of foundation online if I've nwver had foundation before?
The fact that makeup moves is probably one of the most annoying things 😩
make sure if you have a water based primer you have a water based foundation and if you have a silicon based primer you have a silicon based foundation or else your foundation will patch ❤️
You don't need a primer, if you got good skincare / a good cream as your base. Primers are a cash grab imo. 😶
But she used eyeshadow, lashes , eyeliner and lipstick as well
What foundation and color do you use?
Personally these are five products I think a beginner should use:
1. Concealer
2. Blush
3: Brow gel
4. Mascara
5. Lip gloss
Why are people switching between translucent powder & setting spray before foundation?
Primer
Foundation
Concealer
Blush
Setting powder
I used foundation and powder today makeup turned to water by the end of the day
What about lipstick??
Me looking to see if someone wrote down all the information.😂
This blush is pigmented omg
Sunday is the last time I will have the chance to be there for the Zina quick really good morning and I will send Monday Tuesday. I Will Be There
