@@TravelNoJitters That's great, we welcome all visitors. They are soon building a new place on Royal Avenue called Belfast Stories, it encompasses everything and anything about Belfast and it's people, history etc. Maybe next time you both come it will be open, take care and happy travels ❤️
One thing about belfast is that its a very young city compared to dublin ,it only really got going in the 19th century similar to north american cities
Such a rich history. It was truly an amazing experience. Sad that there was so much ruined, but it seems like they really preserved a lot as well. Absolutely impressive.
That’s awesome!! We stayed in Dublin. For Belfast we took the first train out of Dublin and took the last train back, giving us the entire day there. Typically, we stay at Hilton properties so we can get points and some additional perks for loyalty. Looking at Belfast, there’s 3 Hilton’s there. Two of them are close around city centre. Could be a solid option for you depending on what you all will be doing. We enjoyed wandering around, visiting different pubs, and historical sites. Regardless, I’m sure you all will have a wonderful time!!
Enterprise has to be the most trolling name for the Dublin to Belfast train, takes nearly 2hr 30 mins to go just over 100 miles, a horse and cart would be faster.
Actually 2h15, but I agree it’s certainly not a Bullet Train or a TGV. But then Ireland isn’t a big country (Dublin - Belfast is only 100 miles) and I guess the distance and number of passengers just don’t justify investment in a faster system. Interestingly, I recently took an Amtrak train from New York City to Connecticut. 114 miles took 2h45!
@@josephlarmor550 The Enterprise service is long overdue investment I think 1995 was the last time it had any sort of mechanical upgrade, they tarted up the interior about 15 years ago but for a service which is busy between the two biggest cities on the island of Ireland it is a complete embarrassment
We definitely wanted to see it. There was so much to see in such a short time. We have it on our list for our next trip there for sure ! Have you been?
Happy you enjoyed your Belfast trip
Stay safe 🇬🇧👍
Thank you Philip!
Glad you enjoyed my city, we've come through a lot and for that I'm so proud, nothing can be achieved without compromise and respect ❤
Thank you. You live in an incredible city. I can’t wait to go back and explore and learn more about it.

Belfast was so wonderful. We had a phenomenal time there!
There are some buildings from 1800’s for example but a lot of the old buildings were ruined by world wars and the troubles sadly

Belfast has came far nice video, she journey DOWN to Dublin
Pubs aren't bars ,they are not just for drinking they are the social hub of communities in britain and ireland basically a public living room
Ahhh i see. Thanks for sharing that!!
Is there any id check in the train ?
Do we need to carry passport with us ?
We didn’t encounter any ID checks. Between Dublin and Belfast, there were no passport checks or controls.
@@TravelNoJitters Thanks mate
No, you don’t need a passport to travel between cities in Ireland. They’re for international travel.
@@Sabhoh nonsense Northern Ireland is a separate country

You got a bit lucky with the Christmas Market. Often it's so packed that you can barely move. You must have got there at the right time of day.
We had such a wonderful time there. I can understand why it would get really busy! Thanks for watching our video Windywoo!
I love the fish
U guys are enjoying some good experience nice
Thank you :)
Не видели ничего слаще морковки и радуются малому. Молодцы как дети.
Why didn't you go to the Titanic Museum????
We definitely wanted to see it. There was so much to see in such a short time. We have it on our list for our next trip there for sure ! Have you been?
Remember the titanic distillery and the Caroline is amazing ww1 ship
Belfast only got going after the cease fires were called
go to ardoyne or turf lodge
I’m going to add these for our next trip back. Thanks for the recommendations!
Why would you go to those ghetto areas?!
The reason you couldn't recline is because there's a wall behind you, lol.
Bwahaha!!! Facts. I thought maybe a tiny bit ? I’m going to use the excuse that it was very early and I was excited for the day. :)
