Omg I actually looked into the Palacete Los Moreau & it's so beautiful! I never would've guessed we had something like that here! Also, great picks! Parking at el Convento is pretty tricky because either you can find street parking in Old San Juan, park at a garage, or do valet with them. So definitely a challenge.

We just had a destination wedding at Hotel El Convento last weekend - parking is indeed limited since it is in the heart of Old San Juan but there is a parking lot right in front of the hotel. What we did is give the owner of the parking lot a head’s up of how many guests we anticipated coming in with their own cars and it worked out fine. The majority of the guests were either staying on property or in neighboring hotels or just Ubered over which also worked out for everyone. Cheers to your wedding planning journey!

We went to see venues in Puerto Rico too, and have our reviews if you want to check them out! We visited Hacienda Siesta Alegre, Jardines del Castillo, Hotel Guajataca, and Hacienda Santiago. But Hacienda Siesta Alegre will always have my heart!!! I wish we could have gotten married there.

So the prices will change depending on how many people will attend, food & beverage, as well as any other additions. But for the venue by themselves: Both Hotel El Convento & the Casino have a food & beverage minimum that must be met to book the space itself ($13,000-$15,000), while the Hacienda Campo Rico is about $4,000 to book the space not including food & beverage or anything else, and Hacienda Siesta Alegre was about $11,000 but that included bar, chairs, tables & 3 complimentary rooms to stay on property. Long story short, we were supposed to get married January 4th 2022, & we still got married legally, but had to move the big wedding to July 2022 because during that time COVID had spiked and some friends & family members had gotten it 🥴 I've been filming the whole rollercoaster ride & am hoping to upload the whole journey late July/ early August to share our experience 💖

I'm a photographer on the west side of the island and stumbled across Palacete Los Moreau. It's a beautiful casa! These are excellent venues!
Option 2 was my favorite!! Then el convento. Is parking a challenge at el convento?
