A great video as always. So very heart-warming to witness the happy, friendly and welcoming squatters living amidst such dirt, filth and squalor in the Philippines slums. It was my inspiration to create Drew's Travels, documenting the lives of these less fortunate yet heart-warming communities, thriving in this diverse and beautiful country that is the Philippines.
They live in a miserable situation yet, nevertheless they are peaceful and smile, no one protests why you invade their privacy, in other countries people would at least break your camera or cell phone if you take pictures of them without their consent
They have no choice but to accept this horrible living condition that is unfit for humans. They learned to adapt... it's called SURVIVAL. Philippines has two sides: the very rich and the poorest of the poor. Very sad... Very depressing. 💔💔💔🥺🥺🥺

@Jiggerstv Do you help any of the people? Do you stop and spend money in that area? Do you get peoples contact info and send them clothes or home goods they can use? Do you try to put some money into helping any of those families start a business to maybe get them in a better situation? Or do you just walk around showing the struggles they deal with on a daily and post your monetized video and collect your money and go to next place with no look back? I question some of these types of videos. Whats the purpose??? They struggle yet still keep smiling. Yes,very Amazing people. I just wish to see more from people that visit areas like that. Really do something for them since tbey are doing for you.
To answer your questions, No he doesnt. He would just take video of the surroundings and the people but he doesn't tell them what the video is about. He didn't give out clothes,food or anything that could help them. He would just shoot a video, upload it here in youtube, then all the money he is getting from this certain video, just goes to him alone. If you're wondering why I know this and I'm pretty certain about it it's because I know one of the people he included on the video. He doesn't even ask permission to most of them if they can be included in the video.
