That's my father's city of birth. Was there once in 1998 and have never had the opportunity to go back. I am an American but have a lot of family in Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. I love Portugal !
I am Portuguese. I live n California for years now. I really like your videos. It's so sweet that you not only show the location, but its people, which to me are the most interesting part of Portugal. They are so unique and so pure, especially the older people. ❤ São muito castiços. They are national treasures, with so many stories. Thank you for your videos, I hope you keep making them. Beijinhos. ❤❤❤
Portugal is very friendly and welcoming country regardless whoever you are .. and when you visit Porto you will be list for words it’s just majestic ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏
Yes, they are nice but so proud about Oporto, maybe too proud... Oporto is a beautiful place but this city is not the most beautiful place in the world.😅

@@jozkosuchy221 it really depends on your preference of where you'd like to go, or what language sparks your interest more. Keep in mind that the more you are passionate about learning the more you'll learn. Above all enjoy the process and try to interact with real people! Good luck and thank you for watching:)
How idyllic.. I happen to love Portugal, and the Portuguese...

That 91 years young lady is so adorable.
Absolutley!! That poor lady has problably lived through such harsh times but still smiles with hope. A true warrior.

My friend and I were in Spain and Portugal pre-Covid. We both fell in love with Porto, a magical city with the freshest air!!!
The artistic 🎶 solos are done so romantically. Great artisanship, good job as a travel blogger. 👍
Congrats Ross! The video made me want to see Portugal even more. Love to everyone from Istanbul🌉
Love this it’s so pure showing normal life. Very enjoyable

Viver no Porto, ou ir para passear é mágico 💞 é de se sentir algo maravilhoso 🤲 é uma cidade fantástica ❤️
Great video :)
I like the way you focus on people and have an insight of the Portuguese culture and Portuguese people.
I love sequences like 5:02, it's like saving a precious candid moment forever, for digital archeology
Glad you appreciate it, that's what I'm going for. Thanks Alexandre.
Hi Ross, thanks a lot for the very nice video! I felt in love with Porto at first sight:) I have very warm memories about people and the city itself!
Nice informative & positive video.
How/ when did you learn Portuguese? This is amazing.
Very nice video, that camera reminds me of dogma 95
Thank you, I definitely took inspiration from dogme 95 :) Impressed that you noticed!
Ross, you make some wonderful videos my friend. A+
Thank you!
there is no better place in the world than our home.
with all its faults and virtues.
obrigado
super nice video, keep up!
Gosto🥰imenso dos seus vídeos👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 esse convívio com as pessoas 😊e os locais da cidade, muito bonitos.! Muitos Parabéns!!!
Wonderful video, lovely city ... meu Porto!
Ótimo vídeo!
How beautiful the Portuguese language is.
It's so weird for me. My parents immigrated to the US when I was 3 and now, I feel like I was ripped off. Not economically of course, but culturally.

Nice work. But the ads are too much, amigo. Talvez consider cutting down on the interruptions. Cheers.
Thank you for watching and commenting. I didn't realize this about the ads, thanks 👍
Vegetarian!!! ✊

The natives? Correct, but not very nice. It could be considered offensive.Yes, the Portuguese think so.
