After dealing with the insurance company and finally getting everything approved except for our contractor's O&P, our contract said when this is all settled, he would like to speak with me about a working relationship. So, I'll see what he has in mind.

You must work for the insurance company. You probably sale insurance. I’ve been on both sides of a claim. I’ve seen the meetings where they say to deny everything and I’ve been told to not answer my phone for a month!

I have no idea where this guy gets off talking crap about you then goes and adds one of a Alena Wilson’s videos to his liked list...lmao.. apparently he doesn’t know you ladies work hand-in-hand because you have similar ethics and the way you approach people to respectfully ask for these items that ARE missing ..more than likely because they just didn’t know what they Were..
