In this video, I have shown 4 fun games to help a beginner or child improve their front foot defence in cricket. The front foot defence is the key to building confidence for a beginner or child batsman in cricket. A strong front foot defence not only saves the cricketer's wicket but also helps make them feel more capable, which is everything for batsmen in cricket.
Almost every beginner batsman starts off by making a crucial mistake when trying to play their front foot defence - they back away from the cricket ball. In this video I show you how to help fix this issue as well as further improve the beginner or child batsman's front foot defence.
I show you how to help the child or beginner batsman move their feet towards the cricket ball, move their head towards the cricket ball and get their arms working to play the front foot defence correctly.
I show you 4 simple and fun games that you can play with the beginner batsmen or child to get them excited about improving their front foot defence and eventually loving the game of cricket!

I remember doing your 3 day cricket camp with my friend back in 2019 when we were around 10 we are both 13 now but i still remember playing matches and winning the best bowler award and when you would go around giving the jelly snakes 😂
