I use the Native Lands website and App to learn the history of people native to the areas that are now national parks. This is a great place to learn more about the people of America and this history of where you live. native-land.ca/

I started my full time travel journey at the start of 2020 when I quit my job. My plan was to travel the world, but my timing was horrible. I decided to stay closer to home and explore the US. That decision promopted me to build out my Ford Transit van and travel to 50 National Parks and I'm currently working on all 50 states. My goal is to get to all 50 states within a single year! Thanks for joining me along the way!

It did get cold! Not as noticeable right away but the longer we walked around we noticed it!

From the warmth of the Southwest to the chill of Alaska! Fun visiting new places, and I love the description of the drinks you always try. I love a hard cider and haven't tried any lagers as of yet. Is there a huge difference in taste between a hard cider and the lager you tried?

Thank you! I think the fruit based laughers are kind of like ciders just not as crisp. Sour beers and ciders are close depending on which one you get but some spurs are soooo sour!

Looks like you're having a good time in Anchorage. Wow, that food looks so good but no baked Alaska for desert? (ha) I think you can still get to Denali National Park but the buses run a shorter route this time of year. Alaska is still on my bucket list. I had scheduled my trip to Alaska in May of 2020 but Covid happened and haven't rescheduled yet. Have fun.

It is beautiful, but this trip made me want to go back in the summer too. You’ll have to get yours rescheduled and check it out!!
