Barry’s chest was actually scalded when he was a toddler. He has a large scar across the chest hair, but I don’t think many people know that. Everyone thinks he has great chest hair. And crazy cool medallions!
A bit of Robin, a bit of Barry, Mo at the piano, and as always, fantastic harmonies from all three brothers. It doesn't get any better than that. Thanks Eddy!
Everything BeeGees is amazing. You can see Barry's burn scars when his shirt is open. Lucky to have him because when he got so badly burned they didn't think he'd live through the night. I think he was in the hospital for like six months. May have been three but it was a long time. He didn't talk after that until he was three.
This song and Cherry Red brings me childhood memories. These two songs were my first Bee Gee songs. Of course at that time, being so young, I had no idea who they were but I was mesmerizing nevertheless. From that young age Bee Gees touched my heart and soul. Been a fan ever since. ❤
You are the Best Eddie🥰 It is such a pleasure to watch you and see your reactions esp to the Wonderful Bee Gees❣️ You are So Funny too and have a Terrific Personality😊 Take Care! ☮️💜
Nobody is singing falsetto here. Falsetto is a "false" voice, higher than the person's natural chest voice. A lot of black groups used falsetto for decades, especially in gospel music. There were a few white folks like Frankie Valli of "The 4 seasons", Lou Christie and Roger Taylor of Queen. Robin had vibrato, the quavering sound and it was natural to him. Robin was the hairiest beast according to Barry. I don't like chest hair. I wonder what's wandering around in there.
Oh my aching heart, my beautiful Robin you are so missed RIP my Earth Angel ❤
Always love the Bee Gees. They all had wonderful chest hair, although Robin had the most.
