Kenny - I didn’t feel he was acting like a clown! I’m excited and proud that he did a reaction from the Bee Gees at all!!! He wasn’t even alive during the Bee Gees era, so of course his emotions would not be the same as mine! He won’t know or understand unless someone can share their history with him and not bash him!!! All these reactions bring me a fond memory. I would never expect him or any other reaction creators to feel the same way I do! I just appreciate them and are grateful for the smiles they bring to my heart! ❤️. God bless you NLT keep up the awesome reactions!!!
Sung at their One Night Only (ONO) concert in Las Vegas. The twins were still alive that year. Barry said before they sang it:”This one’s for Andy”. ❤ It was Robin who actually took care of Andy until this youngest brother died. I miss Robin immensely. Maurice too. Rest in peace, rest in pride. ✝️💟 More power to jyou, Barry, you did your best walk. I watch all the Bee Gees’ ONO constantly to decorate my soul.💓
Andy was my preteen crush.. Loved some Andy.. the Bee Gee's were old men to men at the time.. I'm old now.. 57.. I've lost my Daddy and my one sibling who was 3 yrs older than me.. I miss her everyday.. I still have Mom but I've had to put her into a facility, some days she doesn't know me.. it's rough.. But I truly cannot imagine being the oldest brother and burying 3 younger brothers. and your parents.. the pain is too much for me to imagine.
I like how the second verse is actually Andy singing the song and the Bees singing background including Barry. They wrote this song for Andy to sing and he recorded and it was on his album. If you get a chance I'd love for you to review The Bee Gees "One" the official video.
You can never beat the Bee Gees. Please listen to their song with Celine Dion, which Maurice and Robin wrote in a little less than 3 minutes. It is so beautiful !
The Entertainment Industry was and is much harder than most people realize. The Bee Gees, The Jackson's, and even the Osmond Brothers went through some very tough times to produce hit songs. It certainly wasn't all fun and games and get rich. The Jackson 5 were ruled very harshly by their Father. Michael and Janet enjoyed success aside from the older brothers, but it wasn't without much controversy. The Bee Gees had success and brother Andy had his success, but it didn't come without tragedy. The Osmonds got noticed by a very famous Andy Williams of whom gained fame after recording with his brothers. A lot of people didn't know that most of the older Osmonds were actually deaf, but learned to perform and harmonize very well as well as play many different instruments. Tell me that was an easy feat to achieve. They were also succeeded by their two younger siblings Donny and Marie Osmond. You can probably add several other family groups that went through struggles and tragedy too.
2 things you should know about this song 1. It was not written about Andy but written for him and he recorded it on his album Shadow Dancing in 1978. 2. They wrote a tribute song for Andy in 1989, the year after he died, called "Whish You Were Here". They never performed this live as it was to emotionally for them and therefore they used this one instead.
This song was written by Barry. Yes, Wish You Were Here wasn't easy for them to sing live, which Robin knew. Yet in 2002, he desecrated it by altering it, changing the lyrics & recording it himself. Other than Mo passing, that's what ultimately ended the group & why Barry would no longer work or tour with Robin.
@@kthor Yes, you are correct, exactly why Robin choose to do that is a bit of a mystery. They however in late 00´s had talks about working together again, not as the Bee Gees as they would not do that without MO but just coolaborate again. That unfortunately never happened escept for a few live performances on different shows, partly because Robin sadly passed away and also maybe there still were some tension there.
This song was written by Barry Gibb and Blue Weaver and recorded by the Beegees. It was then released first by Andy Gibb wlth an added bit, and the original recording by the Beegees was released on a compilation album the next year. Both studio versions were great of course. In this live version, the Beegees are much older, and singing live, you do not get the polished performance of the studio. But this live version had real emotion. I'm not sure the guy reviewing the video realised that the middle bit was a recording of Andy singing. It was done brilliantly though andxit will remain with me as one of those great moments from Beegees concerts I attended.
Another thing worth noting is on Andy's version, it was just Barry singing backing vocals. Then on the Bee Gees version, of course it's Barry singing lead with just Andy on backing vocals. So the 2 brothers kinda flip-flopped on the 2 recordings.🎼
Andy was the youngest of 4 hugely talented brothers. Tragically, he was first to leave this earth. Andy was a solo artist with his brothers as back up vocals. They wrote together as well. I still have Andy's Shadow Dancing album. Yes kiddos, it's on vinyl.
Love The Bee Gees. Such a beautiful and moving song. Please react to LOVE SO RIGHT by The Bee Gees, thank you for reacting to The Bee Gees it’s always such a treat. ❤❤❤
I saw Andy in concert Aug 1978 it was beautiful. My freinds and i baked a birthday 🎂 for him...his crew was so kind and they took it back stage. RIP Andy
NO this song was written by Barry and he gave it to Andy to sing to get his solo career going and they were his background singers with him for this song that is why they all three look like they are about to cry with this song this was Andy's front song when he sang with the group too.
THANK YOU, MY BROTHER, for acknowledging the amazing talents of the BeGees. This video was made to pay tribute to their younger brother Andy who died at 30 years old. SENDING YOU LOTS OF LOVE. ❤❤❤
I can tell you this hit you hard. It is emotional for anyone who has lost someone and I've cried over this one myself. So sad and Barry was choking up you can tell. Beautiful song and beautiful reaction.😢😢😢❤❤❤
It’s just so fkt up because listen to how exactly well Andy would have fit in the puzzle with his 3 other brother’s voices. Ya know? The three almost sound like one sound but sort of take turns going higher and lower to make the perfect chord. And Andy was the baby of them. So fresh and clean. Almost sounds exactly like Barry but cleaner. I understand that’s why he might have wanted to just be his own person, but damn it would have been so beautiful. The instruments that they were blessed with… they could do anything they wanted to do. ❤️ So tragic. Damn, we think our choices are just about how we feel at the moment, and not about our history.
Thank you for your reaction! I've been watching you long enough to see how touched you were by this tribute to Andy. Thank you for appreciating the Bee Gees and their brotherly love.
This is Andy Gibb The Bee gees doing background This is the Bee gees brother Andy Gibbs is their brother that passed away long time ago he was the first one to die of the Bee gees!! Andy Gibb song by himself he had a solo career he didn't exactly sing with the other Bee gees he died overdose
Perhaps a little history of the song would help you understand what you just watched. This was not originally a Bee Gees song it was an Andy Gibbs song. The Bee Gees sang this song as a tribute to Andy, it was not about him. Also, you may have not noticed that was Andy Gibb singing the second verse.🤓
Andy originally sang this. They did this tribute for him years later. You need to hear Andy sing the beginning. Andy sang 3/4 of this song if you noticed.
The actual song written by the Gibb brothers to their beloved youngest brother Andy was 'Wish you were here ' .. This was just they sung for Andy in 1997 'ONO' performance so you could see Andy also sung from the video screen....
Yes, Robin tried avoiding to look at the videos. Robin, after all, was the one who took care of Andy in his large estate home until Andy died. Robin’s grief goes direct to my heart. And I miss Robin immensely. Rest in peace, rest in pride, Robin✝️💟
Robin didn't step back because he wasn't able to look at the screen. And if so, it was only because he felt guilty for not helping Andy, when he needed him. Also, Robin never took care of Andy unto he died. Andy was in the UK working on a new album, after writing and recording 4 songs with Barry & Mo in Miami. He became depressed from writers block so began to drink, which ultimately caused his heart to give out from myocarditis. Robin should've helped him write when he could see Andy needed help & was struggling.
I think you jumped the gun there buddy , as soon as he knew what the song was about he changed his perspective on the song immediately. I think you owe an apology buy hey that's me! Doing a great job NoLimitNation
And if you noticed how Robin seemed to be avoiding to look at the videos. Robin was the one who took care of Andy in his large estate until Andy’s death. I feel his grief every time I watch this in their Las Vegas ONO. I miss Robin immensely. Rest in peace, rest in pride✝️💟
Andy and Barry were more identical than the twins were even to the point of having the same birth mark. Andy had agreed to join his brothers as the fourth bee gee and his heart was weakened by drugs and before he could join them he passed away.
This was written by Barry. When the Bee Gees recorded their version, Barry sang lead with just Andy on backing vocals. Then when Andy recorded his version, he sang lead with just Barry on backing.

This guy I feel was repectful. For him to be young and still he loves the music I grew up with. I'm 63 yrs old I love the BEEGEES now and back then.

Not sure where you got that from, but Robin never took care of Andy....hardly the case.🙄

I love how they had Andy singing in the middle of the song. Shows how beautiful the four voices were.
Can you believe he died at 30!! Oh God, sometimes I don't understand...my sister died at 38...it has just ruined me.
I still cry sometimes.
bee gees paying the price of love
You can never beat the Bee Gees. Please listen to their song with Celine Dion, which Maurice and Robin wrote in a little less than 3 minutes. It is so beautiful !
Immortality was actually written by Barry & Mo in 3.5 min, no Robin.

Amazing song andy and Olivia Newton John's song. Rumor he od because he couldn't have the love of his life. RIP ANDY
Andy didn't overdose but died from myocarditis, which is inflammation of the heart muscle likely caused by drug use.😪
No one did the song Ana - One More Night reaction. I'd like to see your react by knowing she was 14 when recorded that.
Im not sure if you caught the part where they put in andys voice the part where you see non of them are singing
THat song is'nt a Bee Gee Song, Its one of Baby Brother Andy Gibb's hit song before he died..
It was written by Barry, then Andy recorded it in 1978. Andy didn't die until '88.

Look up Andy Gibb “Our Love”. This isn’t just ABOUT Andy. Andy recorded this on his own independent album. THEN you’ll cry!!!
No. He didn't OD! He died of heart disease due to too much drink and drugs. Very sad.
I said that ??
I cried like a baby when Andy passed away. What a talent he was.

Great great suggestion!👍
You would really want to be a fan - and I am one - to think that song is better than mediocre.
😂❤Rest in peace Andy
This song was written by Barry for Andy in his sole role..... Barry gave lots of supports....😊
Andy had a very beautiful voice! The sound you get with that 4 part harmony is bone chilling!
Bee gees , This is where I came in , plz
Such a beautiful respectful reaction! Thank you for reacting to this emotional song.
Have you reacted to Barry Gibb and Michael Jackson All in your name? It is a beautiful song ❤
Great reaction. Keep up the gods work! Bee Gees and Andy were/are wonderful singers!
This is not about Robin it's about Andy Gibb The younger brother get your storage straight
I always stay with you until the end, I don't want to miss anything! I loved your beautiful reaction to this song! Thank you for doing this one!
Thank you for the heart, I appreciate it! Deb
Makes me tear up. Wait til u see him. Their faces. So much pain.
Andy sang it Barry wrote it
True fact, every four minutes in the world there’s a song that the Bee Gees wrote, or sang. Somewhere in the world.
This is so sad but also so beautiful ❤
This was a tribute to their brother Andy. He sang this... beautiful.

Just let the song play..enough of "hold on, hold on..hold on."
This was one of Andy’s Track a tribute . You need to listen Andy died in 1989 at 31. Check out his music!!
I love your discovery of the Bee Gees, but I got one more for you. Closer than Close.
I think you jumped the gun there buddy , as soon as he knew what the song was about he changed his perspective on the song immediately. I think you owe an apology buy hey that's me! Doing a great job NoLimitNation
Andy Gibb was there brother that also was a singer that passed away at the age of 30, Check out his music. Andy was the youngest
Andy's version was a little bit better I think
That was their baby brother's hit song. He died young. The one on piano with hat on was really close to him, so this was really hard on him.
Robin wasn't avoiding looking at the videos!😂And Robin didn't take care of Andy, when Andy was there working on an album.
The song is one Andy Gibb ( younger brother)! He died in 1988 age 30!
Andy and Barry were more identical than the twins were even to the point of having the same birth mark. Andy had agreed to join his brothers as the fourth bee gee and his heart was weakened by drugs and before he could join them he passed away.
Andy was the first to pass away in 88 he was the youngest.
The Bee Gee wrote more than 1,000 songs, some were hits but most were not
The brother who looked at him was maurice
Can you listen to the bg song love you inside and out
Watch Maurice. He was destroyed losing Andy. Both were addicted.I cry every time
Barry was prob more destroyed than Maurice, as he was the closest to Andy.
Andy was the youngest.. That is who he is singing about.. He killed himself...
How do such rumors get started?? Andy didn't kill himself.
💦 *promo sm*
Andy was their younger brother who committed suicide whilr fairly young. Andy was equally good, but was out on his own
Andy did NOT commit suicide. He had a long time heart condition Myocardiitis brought on by over consumption of drugs in his early youth.
@@lizz5235Where do people get this bs!🙄
What a waste.... Do some homework.
