So after a lot of tinkering I can say that “for me” it might be different for anybody else with a 4 core that running 3 cores is actually way smoother FPS. For me personally I’ve noticed way less hitching while turning corners or getting into gunfights. Thought I would throw that out there.
Put ur thread to half and one more. Its the best settings that can be done. Now if ur gaming in a hardisk prolly want all ur core minus one to speed up loading time as the game loads from ur disk to ur ram right before each game starts. Sometimes it’d still be loading even when everyone is already shooting.

Wrong. Incorrect. Try again. “Threads” DOES NOT mean number of cores. I’ll let you do some reading and then report back. Also…a 100 fps gain from the change you made on your specific system is HIGHLY unlikely. Enjoy the stuttering and game crashes. You don’t always want applications which use “simultaneous multi-threading” to be using all of your cores at the same time. Each of your cpu cores has different performance characteristics. You will end up bottlenecking your fastest cores by forcing them to wait for processes to complete on the slower cores. This causes random game freezing, stuttering, and crashing.
Don’t forget that if you don’t have hyperthreading then changing it to your physical core count can mess it up. Might get higher frames but your frametimes and lows will be all over the place. I have an i7-12700K and have my e cores disabled so it’s basically just an 8c/16t cpu and I have mine set to 7. When I had a 9700K which is 8c/8t I had to have it set to 5 or 6. This does not work the same way for everybody.

its not just that, make sure you put video memory scale to max amount so the game will use maximum amount of memory from ur graphics card, so you can get %100 performance.
Thanks buddy. It helped, though i didn’t get the promised 100+ it still improved the frames by 20 on average But well a gain is a gain cant complain and the game got smoother. It was greatly appreciated especially after the latest season 3 reloaded update… god it fucked the game up even though it was already fucked enough and there seemed like there were no space for them to fuck it up more. but guess what activision delivered.

Man, this video almost seems worse than Sense Quality tips. You just suggested running everything on low and it didn't really give you good fps. A 3070 ti on WZ1 was giving me over 200fps on 2k. On WZ2 it is about 120fps. I now have a 4070ti and it is about 30fps higher on WZ2. DLSS is trash in WZ2, but if you are running high end hardware then don't run low settings. It doesn't give you enough of a performance increase. On demand texture streaming will cause huge performance issues too.

It is thread count not cores. You can probably set yours to 8 threads. I have 1700x, so I am 8 core and 16 threads. set to 16 and we are laughing now. This had me stumped for 3 weeks/ THANK YOU

Complete waste of time worker render count For my R9 5900x was set to 6 and Gamebar was set to true saved notepad my fps increased for 167 to 204 on a RTX 3060 12gb 1920x1080.
It should be on half the amount of THREADS NOT CORES as this guy claims. Because your operating system and background processes need some resources too. Look how many threads your CPU has (usually twice as many as cores) so you can change it to the number of cores you have
I did it so far nothing bad happened and I did get a good fps boost from averaging 85 to 90 fps on shipment to now getting 100 to 115 on a gtx1650 and ryzen 3 3100

It made a HUGE difference for me. I was at 40-50 fps on everything low. Now I’m over 100 fps. I also set the Spot Shadow Cache to High. 🤘🏻

its a gpu based game so if you dont have a good graphics card than your gonna lag or have to lower the settings as low as you can
