Goku's VA was savage bro
That bit in general was legitimately pretty well made all around, the script makes sense and is pretty accurate to the Japanese version, the VAs are both giving good delivery that's decently synced, and there's no weird nonsense noises or other out of place shit.
The only kinda negative is Goku's VA being miscast, but he's still doing a good performance here, goes to show how much of a difference directing and time can make on these things, these actors are genuinely capable professionals who can totally do better if you enable them to and that along with the kinda half decently translated half bullshit script honestly kinda makes these dubs funnier than if they were to take complete randos reading absolute nonsense like the Speedy dub guys.
Also the fact that the company behind these dubs would decades later deliver the best official remaster of og DragonBall complete with restored Japanese broadcast audio while every other company keeps either ruining or not fix their home releases is just crazy.
