Today’s Topic: Japanese Gel Manicure Removal
Removing a Japanese gel nail manicure doesn’t have to be hard.
Today I’ll be showing you how to gently soak-off a Japanese gel nail manicure with acetone, and I’ll also be giving you some pointers if you’re feeling brave to remove fully with an efile.
The big thing to keep in mind here, is that generally the base layers of a Japanese gel manicure are a little thicker and therefore to ensure a faster removal via soak-offs you’ll want to file the product down thin.
I continue this conversation in this week's video. When you’re ready, press play.

But from I have learnt is ceramics only are for right handed users, where carbide bits have for both left n right handed users or can go both ways.

As a Lefty I found that to be mostly true the hard way (read- after purchase and e-file training, lol). BUT there are a few ceramics that are almost like sanding bands, no teeth, I think it was Medicool. I basically only use the 'normal' ceramics like Paola when I'm doing my opposite hand....so not a total waste😅

Thank you! Why don’t you do soak offs on your clients? Do you find filing as close to the base as possible saves time?

I'd love to do this but I don't want to ruin my nails as they are strong and long.

Did you have to remove the gel every time for clients services ? Or can just leave some gel on the nail
    And rebalance ?

How do I remove the Gellip nails with the e-file? Soak-off takes too long.
