I just started a couple of weeks ago 😎Now I am older I want to share some things I know with guys, as the world has gone a bit mental. Gotta do my bit to get it back on track.
Just saw this video. Enjoyed the content, but I don’t agree that we can look at a fictional character as an example of masculinity. His character traits and the way he presents himself is well and good, but he’s not real. But I know of many other people who we can look to as an example of masculinity. Anyways, keep up the good work.
I am really glad you enjoyed it. I used Bond as he he is so universally known as an archetype - a simplified version of masculinity; esp. his physical and overall capability. I am going to do a video on masculinity in general soon - there is a cliched model of the “Alpha” that is getting popular and distorting some guys thinking around this, masculinity is much broader and deeper than many are being led to believe.

This video is making me rethink my current workout routine.
Its all about being generally physically capable. Be "decent" at most things first 💪
