      Mathematical modelling requires simulation sw like mathcad, orcad.. currently i dnt have those softwares..
      I will explain about the input and output(transfer function) characteristics in my next video.
      Mathematical model of mosfet will be explained later.

      In semiconductor, opposite poles will attract each other. Same poles will repel each other.
      In diode, depletion region will be created due to the terminals connected on both side will attract opposites.
      In MOSFET, same poles repelling thereby creating a depletion (vaccum) region.

      We can use mosfet for rectifier operation only if you know to block the reverse current.
      This method is still not popular even it has very less voltage drop comparing the conventional rectifier.

      there field effect(fet) comes in. when you have two magnet and put them top and bottom of the paper each of the magnets attract or reple based on polarity there you have some force then what you say that field(magnetic field). same as here in dielectric medium called electro magnetic field.

      No. Relay cannot ammplify. But it will not have any kind of resistance. With relay we can switch on high voltage AC with small DC. But in terms of Transistor it is not possible (with all Transistors).
