- The challenge idea might seem a bit silly, but I assure you, it has a lot more depth than you might expect. This is the first time I've ever really done a challenge video, so I hope you guys like it! I plan on doing more content like this in the future, so stay tuned for that!

I would love to mention Reenforce-Mint knocks back all enemies on the field, Blover blows away enemies that are in the air or ones being knocked back, these 2 plants alone can clear the entire field of zombies.
wouldn't blover be prohibited by the rules?

Spear Mint: Literally 5 f!cking Spikerock
On top of giving massive boost to plants in their family and costing 0 sun.
Mints are very balanced plants that are totally not insanely overpowered.

challenge idea: PVZ2 but with only plants that cost exactly 100 sun
Rules:
1: No premium plants, Solar Tomato is an exception since its the only sun producer that costs exactly 100 sun
2: you are allowed to upgrade your plants when it doesn't decrease the sun cost
3: you are excused from special delivery levels as it gives out plants without a sun cost
4: you are allowed to have any pre-planted plants on the lawn

I feel like sun bean should count as a sun producer, since that's literally all it does.
Well, it isn’t me who got to bring it into the level. If the Dark Ages level let me bring in Sunbean, then it would’ve been just fine. But because the level picks it for me, I can’t use it
@@SylviaYSI That feels like an oddly specific niche..it makes no difference if you bring it or the level brings it (as either way you have it); if sun producers are allowed it should realistically be allowed to. that's just an odd rule imo

@@SylviaYSI that feels like sticking too rigidly to the rules you made. You could easy just make a small addendum to the rule since it's a unforseen circumstance that if known before hand would have made an exception for it from then get go.
@@SylviaYSIi think if you edit the already shaky rules to be "Can you beat pvz2 with only mints as the attacking plants" and just avoid everything else at all costs unless you're forced by the game to use a plant, or are given a plant by the game to use in a level, then it's fine. I mean, you DID just leave the pre-placed pea shooter on the minecart in one clip-
I like that you actually clarified the do's and don't's. Some pvz2 channels test certain stuff, but their testing methods are inconsistent.

I generally don’t like most the challenges some of the levels give you, especially protecting endangered plants and producing a certain number of sun
I’ll admit that I’m not the biggest fan either, but it makes the levels more challenging, so it’s kind of a necessity to make the game interesting. (at least, for the most part. The flower goal could disappear entirely, and nobody would miss it)
The sun requirement objective probably exists so that you can only plant food your sun producers
I'm ok with edangered plants and even with producing sun! It's the damn don't trample the flowers for me..such a pain! Though I also hate the endangered plant levels such as puff shroom (the ones who easily up and die if you aren't carefully managing them, the ones who die on their own without being eaten..guacodile applies to this).
the only one i get annoyed with usually is flowers
@@testerwulf3357the trample flowers objective is simple to deal with. Half the time you can invalidate the objective by placing a spike weed while the other half you can use any wall plant.
Why am I trying to collect the sun-
Fun fact the developers forgot to enable the code for the plant food seed packet refresh to not work on power mints cause you can see in the mints' data a toggle able lock for it that's off
Really enjoyed the video. I feel like levels that forcefully gave you plants you should be allowed to use em, like that one dark ages level. And I wished you went more in depth in the later worlds like Jurassic Marsh which you basically just skipped over. Hoping to see similar challenges in the future like only 1 plant class or double enemy spawns

This is my favourite pvz2 challenge I've ever seen. Really looking forward to what you'll come up with next..
challange idea: PVZ2 but with only insta plants
the rules are
-all the plant should kill itself to kill enemies or use the ability is counts as a insta plant
-Sunbean is allowed since Sunbean dies to use ability
-no sun producers
-no premium plants
-no powerups
-zen garden is not allowed
-defensive plants like ice lettuce,power beetroot,thyme warp and blover is allowed
-if there is a must to work insta ability to work for a plant,the plant is not allowed (like Shadow Pea is insta kill when a zombie is close to Shadow Pea so Shadow Pea is not allowed)
-every explosive mines and explosieve plants can be used if its a insta plant
-the plants can get buy with gems or seed packets are allowed and not counts as a premium plant
-Explosive Nut not counts as a insta plant since he/she/it not dies after placed or use ability
Power beetroot is Tile Turnip fyi
Also im sure tater mine counts
You can beat many of the "extra hard" levels so I suppose that the majority of Adventure is possible. Speaking of, maybe you can do this with the extra hard levels in the future?

@@SylviaYSI If you do, be aware that it will take a very long time since they only come around as quests in intervals of 3-4 weeks I think
Sun bean is a sun type and because it makes the zombies produce sun when damaged, it is also an sun producing plant , just indirectly. The same goes to plants that give sun directly or indirectly and doesn’t damage the zombies so the challenge is possible

The sun bean level feels like you rules lawyered yourself for no reason
interestingly, arguably the biggest upside of spearmint, the huge amount of free sun from shoveling them spikerocks, is completely worthless in this challenge
That works? I thought the rule was that you get sun from shoveling up a plant only if you spent sun to plant that plant in the first place.

The sunbean seems like a really weird stipulation, that even if you had the exact same set-up, you'd normally be able to use sunbean, but you can't just because the game put it in your build automatically? It's weird that that would make any difference. If you've already said your allowed to bring one sun producer and the game chooses your sun producer for you, why does that suddenly mean your not allowed to use the one sun producer that you have?

challenge idea (late): pvz2 but only with plants that is close range
rules are
- You cant use pokra since she bursts out spikes
- Defense plants are allowed except pea nut
- No mints
- You cant use Snap Pea for obvious reasons
- Sun producers are allowed except for toadstool
- No plant food unless the plant food still makes the plant close range
- No Nightshade boosts from moonflower
Also how much is the tile limit? One or two adjacent tiles?

9:22 For The Dark Ages - Night 14 level, Could you use Imitater on the Sun Bean that the level automatically gives you?
You’re not breaking your own rule of not using plants a level forces you to have as you’re technically choosing a sun producing plant for yourself through the Imitater.
I forgot when was the last time I played this game, but I must say I was shocked to see Frostbite Caves instead of Far Future
Kinda late, but the world order was reorganized at some point after Modern Day was updated

Hey, I just wanted to ask you, how did you download PVZ2 on PC? Did you use an emulator (Bluestacks for example) or something else?
She seems to use a mouse so I think she used an emulator. Plus in the vines video, she says she messed with this save file, and that's hard to do on mobile.

I thought the same, and for a while, there was a couple that I deemed impossible until I put a lot more attempts into them. I suppose with enough effort, anything’s (somewhat) possible in this challenge
Next challenge is it possible to beat plants vs zombie 2 that is a variant of peashooter

Its been so long since I've played pvz 2, I don't even think mints were a thing last I played
They were added in 2021 if I’m not mistaken, so there’s a good chance that you’re right!
They added them when they decided to make PvZ2 a gacha game
I have 1 question how do you got the pepper-mints cuz im curios 🤨
I think sun goal level are possible because u can dig spikrweed from spearmint because they are on five level so just dig them (they will give more sun than solar (or golden or something else I don't remember) bloom)
Tip:If you place enough spear mints to get to flowers in the flower levels the zombies can pass the flowers without losing
do you use a mod to get these plants or no (if you do use a mod could you tell me which one it is)
Try only explosive plants next.
Fun fact: blover and reinforce mint is good also use blover first and then use reinforce mint (it don't work in Jurassic Marsh)
Maybe you could finish the dark ages level by using spear mint and then shoveling up the spikerocks
shoveled sun doesn't count towards sun goals.
thank you for actually playing it through and not throwing a tantrum after failing once and just giving up on the challenge (not directed towards any content creators in specific(Creeps20))

Pepper-mint:5 mini Jalapenos on all 5 lanes
Ail-mint: Shadow-shroom plant food
Reinforce-mint:Knockbacks all zombies on the lawn, destroys everything with Blover
Bombard-mint:3 Cherry Bombs on random places
Spear-mint:5 Spikerocks
Contain-mint:Stuns all zombies for a while
Winter-mint:Chills all zombies for a while
They also power their plants in their families, FOR 0 SUN.
Mints are very overpowered and unbalanced plants that should be nerfed.
Also,
Enlighten-mint: Gives a burst of sun.
Enchant-mint: Hypnotizes random zombies.
Enforce-mint: Shrinks ALL zombies.
Arma-mint: Launches stunning projectiles
Contain-mint: Drags zombies and powering all shadow plants.
Appease-mint: Fires volleys of peas. Makes peashooters and ABSOLUTE trick.

Yes, she is playing on pc because you can see her mouse in a few levels and she most likely used an emulator called bluestacks because it's the easiest to use

The were supposed to be in Reflourished, but they're less powerful, and cost upwards of 400 sun, and the devs decided not to add them in.

I don't think Pepper-mint being able to burn Seagull Zombies or Jetpack Zombies is an oversight. If Snapdragon and Jalapeño can burn them, then it shouldn't make a difference...

Beating pvz2 with mints are possible but it mostly depends on your strategy mostly if you need time to recharge use spear mint for spikerock and when your about to die just use peppermint, enhance mint, or ail mint.

Ail mint:become ball while planting and pops up and poisons zombies
Bombard mint:explode every lane
Pepper mint:spawn a lane of fire every lane
Spear mint:spawns a spikerocks and last of the Lanes
Conceal mint:drags random zombies down while planting
Enlighten mint:gives you extra Suns
Appease mint:pops up and spawns giant peas that will only on it planted lane
Fila mint:pops up in lightning and zaps/kills the zombies like electric blueberry
Arma mint:it well spawn a white thing

Those are from the Spearmint, the Mint that is debatably the only reason this challenge is even remotely possible
@@SylviaYSI seems kinda broken but I do agree that it is mostly the only reason that you could beat most of the levels
I don’t think you could beat full adventure mode considering some levels have challenges like “don’t loose more than “ plants
