The plaintiff's husband was nervous his face and neck were turning red. Not a good liar unlike his wife Karen. The plaintiff's plan was to ruin the defendant's business. Terrible people.
My husband and I owned a home day care/ preschool for 20 years. In that 20 years, we had three complaints, two by the same person, all three false, but we were in investigated. The neighbor who made the first two complaints, an older woman, reported to the State we were allowing, 0 to 5 year olds to play basketball in our driveway in the front yard. It was my children and their friends. It was reported as unfounded. The next report she made, was we didn't watch the children while swimming in our pool. We didn't have a swimming pool! Unfounded. The last one blew my mind. We got siblings, adopted children, one, at nearly three non verbal and screamed most of the time, unless I was singing to her or holding her, both of which I loved doing, she needed to be comforted. Her brother, 6 and in 1st grade, was ADHA and a handful, but he was in school most of the day and either my husband or I would pick him up. A few times, after picking the child up, we would stop to get fast foods for us for our lunch. The children in our care always got two home cooked meals and two snacks a day. This child ate at school and got his afternoon snack with us, but would tell his mother we wouldn't feed him and she reported us and this time we had to put up memos stating we had done this. We retired a few months later.

It’s ridiculous when people complain about something just to get out of paying the bill there’s always a problem after they leave it was fine while they were using the service but now it’s a problem. It’s like these tenants who live in a property for a long time and after they’ve been evicted for not paying rent or whatever the reason is they bring up problems they lived with every day.
Omg corona episodes! I remember I would only rarely catch JJ on during corona time and when I did I was always fascinated at how the court worked. I’m so happy these are getting uploaded! But still people, the eBay scammer case, the dental hygienist plot twist episode, seriously, we gotta have those uploaded. This is OUT-RAGEOUS
If I make a deal where someone would be paying a bill in MY name- I would NEVER ask them to pay the bill directly. Give me the money. Why?! Because it’s my credit on the line. Litigants are owed money for car loans, cell phone bills, cable bills, etc and y’all are not checking your statements to ensure that the bill is being paid. BONKERS!
CT is an expensive state, period. Beautiful and historic but expensive. This case is only about 4 years old at this point, starting in mid 2020 with filings likely taking place early in 2021 and these people are from Utah. Of course it’s also before the crazy inflation hit us too. I’m sure even in Utah childcare costs has gone up some by now.
the judge is on a tv and the litigants are talking to a television. This is how they filmed the show during pandemic. i was a litigant around that time and judith was a mess.
@@jiperlyjiggs7673Judge Judy looks like she was filmed in a different room in front of a green screen. The litigants were probably looking at her on a screen.

Because in order to put a roof over the baby’s head and to feed and clothe the baby they have to work and the cost of living is so high both parents have to work and you can’t leave a baby at home to take care of themselves. Nobody wants to leave their baby with anyone sometimes they have too.
It's no different than parents leaving their kids with a babysitter. Parents are allowed to have a life outside of their children. I am sure your parents also worked and had "me time" or date night.

What is up with the look of this video? It looks like the judge isn’t actually in the same room. Was this spliced together from when they appeared remotely during Covid? It almost looks entirely ai generated. Very odd.
