  • This may be my favourite vegetarian gratin (gratins often employ seafood) so far. It’s light, flavourful and really healthful thanks to the gorgeous layers of dark leafy greens (a well-known heart-smart ingredient), in this case, Swiss chard and low-starch celeriac. With cheese or without, it’s outstanding in flavour. Even my mom loves it.
