I have raced indoor 12th scale Pan-cars for the past 15 years, and on the bigger tracks we can hit speeds of 100mph+ down the main straights. But this is on carpet with foam tires and a ride height of around 1.5mm so you can turn at these speeds, but its a different experience all together compared to off-road bashing. Just search 12th scale nationals and it will shock you how fast and accurate we can be with an RC car.

My Wraith brought me Ultra4 in life, i'm hooked on Rock Racers since then! This Rock Rey is a nice car, the Vaterra Twin Hammers is also very nice! I would love to see some FPV Rock Race action with this puppy, maybe a scaled competition :D ?

People generally buy this truck for U4 racing . If you want a crawler get a crawler . If you want a basher you can get one for far less than the $800 this beast costs .
I agree I run my 3s rigs on 2s when bashing, 3s both my bashers are geared to do 50mph but on 2s is around 35 which I find perfect you still get huge air but don't have half as much breakage.

I just unpacked mine, find the frame too flimsy. And the Transmitter not setup right , won’t steer to the left while over steering to the right. I bound it To my other remote and it ran very true. speed is almost to fast, it’s gonna be at the horizon before you know it.

More of a scale Ultra 4 truck than a rock bouncer but U4 trucks have been proven to kick ass at SRRS hill climb events. Axial bomber or Capra is more of a scale rock bouncer.
Hey guys I was just curious if you could do like a video on the ECX Torment Vs. the Traxxas Slash both 1/10 scale 4x4 and brushless like im curious if some parts might be interchangeable BC their similar body style etc.
I know alot of people in my area use the slash to build track racers, but the torment is cheaper so I'm not quite sure what the differences are besides branding

I agree completely regarding speed of RCs. For bashing, anything over 35 miles an hour is just going to cost you money with broken parts.

I don't think this is waterproof. They took a shot of the receiver during the video showing it just attached to the rear of the frame out in the open.

the slash will go way faster stock, but it's WAY less durable

You really need to go out and to a trail hike. Go for milage.

you know the rear diff is locked because it is a solid rear axle maybe you should've gotten the kit
