Watch my previous video about the behind-the-scenes and my creative process. ua-cam.com/video/EDzJ-L4HzHo/v-deo.html Thanks for sticking around and enjoy this episode! :)
I hope to see more of your merchandise available on your website soon! I saw someone else here in Chicago rocking your hoodie and we bonded over your work.
I know that you are not a highest person in the world, so I'm cheering every time you overcome the one-person challenges, just to send the positive vibes to you!
Hola hola buenas noches GET HANDS DIRTY. Me encantó este mueble está SÚPER GENIAL 😘Y MUY COMPLETO👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🤗!!! Los he visto TODOS absolutamente y me ENCANTAN!!!
That last shot... As an IKEA manual once said to me "It is better to be two people in the construction of this furniture" Nice trick with the off cut there though! Looking epic! Can't wait for part two. Thank you.
Oh, please please PLEASE! Please make the video with further information about the door and draw hardware. Your videos are wonderful and very informative! Thank you very much!
3 things i love about your project here! 1. The laser cut jigs you made! 5 stars! 2. The drawer slides! 5 stars 3. Over laping the MDF to make the drawers! 5 stars! You gave me some really good ideas to use in building my stuff thank you!
This is so cool, and slightly frustrating. My appartment is small but with a large living room. I've had an idea to make a double sided room divider for years. It would be something like this, just a bit deeper and taller. A media side with room for a flush mount TV and a dining side with drawers for storage on the bottom and and cabinets for glasses etc. above. The top could be a breakfast bar. Seeing this is a great inspiration, but also a reminder of all the tools, jigs and hardware required. For a DIY'er I have a decent amount of tools and a garage, but nothing like this. You've got a new subscriber.
It's stupid to say, but you just opened my mind ! I never thought a tv cabinet could be in the middle of the room ! That's genuinely simple and brilliant !
I've been watching your great work for years now. These days I can't help but think - gee she makes it look so easy to make this stuff, using every professional sponsored woodworking tool you could ever want, compared to a what us mortals have in the garage lol.
I love the beep beep! Lol. I love your videos from the narration to the editing they are perfect. I'm looking forward to the part 2 video. Cristina, you keep making any video and I will happily watch it. Hugs from the UK.
As someone with a terrible back, watching you lift into place the top piece alone, I winced anticipating the back pain 😯 Excellent build and video as always!! 😊
Thank you for adding the visual snippets to show where and what you are building! It made following your video easier and more enjoyable. Thank you for taking people's suggestion about it. :D
Very cool design. Someone at Ikea is probably going to watch this vid and take notes. It's collapsible, so anyone with common sense should be able to put it together.
above all the other great things like your design, editing, etc, your attention to detail and organization is astounding! creating the acrylics and adding the labeling for the specific hardware was so smart.
I watched one of your videos several years ago and I couldn't stop thinking of it ever since, I remember finding it so relaxing. I tried to find you channel over and over without success, but Today I finally got here again 😭 Never leaving, I love it here.
This is such a cool project Cristina. Its amazing to see you come up with the project brief in the first video explaining your specific needs (items being stored, the room not being straight and needing to take it appart), and then coming up with the functional yet stylish design. Such an incredible job
Yes to a hinge choice discussion video. Great video, looking forward to part 2, and maybe some day the 'small apartment' or 'tiny villa' series. The hardware that fits into the sliding tendon holes is a good find.
I think that there must be a future project for a shop crane to lift those large sheet goods above the final product😉 Love your work, keep on going!!!!
I'd love any kind of tutorials you are willing to present to us, so I'm a yes on the hinge video! I love to have the privilege of going along on your building journey.
Damn those joint connectors look sturdy! Much better than those cheap inserts and connectors that usually come with cheap furniture. Nice job, looking good :)
I simply have a little crush on your work, and how do you do all that. I love it. As addon I would put in some externally powered USB hubs, and hidden wireless charging pads, some gentle lighting ropes to customizing - but maybe this just pimp up. Thank you for the hard work, and sharing.
I watch a lot of different woodworking channels, but i must say, yours has become one of my favourites. Great designs for 'ordinary' people use (not 12 person dining tables for millionaires houses), very original designs, great cinematography and narration. I'm moving into a tiny apartment myself, and i will probably make a version of your murphybed/couch... the sewing is holding me back tho :) Anyways, great content that serves as great inspiration! Thank you for uploading
Another great video and build! Yes, I would like to learn more about installing the different Blum options. Looking forward to the next video where you complete this build. Thank you for posting
I wanted to say thank you ❤for your channel and your work is so 😎 I am from the Midwest and I’ve always enjoyed building things with my hands but I am very visible and not welcomed in those spaces your channel is a godsend thank you!😻
It's always a pleasure to watch your videos and projects..."compact", well designed, thought-through and very skilled !!! Additionally this time I was really pleased by this somehow Art-Deco-design...so beautiful. 🙂
Amazing work and fascinating viewing, as always. I liked seeing the way you cut the dovetail joints and appreciate you taking the time to show that. I would be interested in a video about the different types of hinges and when to use them... I got a bit lost when you were explaining why you didn't use the spring versions.
This project (and your channel) is just so on point and badass. Authentic and real. Keep on this, excellent viewing and excellent work. Just brilliant!!
My goodness! This is such a fun video. I loved all those jigs and tools you used. The engineering, thought and design on this is just wow. The thumbnail to this video made go, "oh my god, yes! A new video". Yes I would love to watch a video on those different hinges. I cannot wait for part 2! X
How confident you must be to design and build this project. Very impressive build and video! Cute end, though I'm sure you were frustrated- maybe install a hoist or some kind of lifting tool? Thanks for the videos!
Awesome to see the build process but my favourite is right tool for the right job demonstrated. Custom pieces always bring unusual challenges and it's great to see your solutions. Looking forward to seeing the next steps
Your design is beautiful, your work is impressive with good tools and materials. Thank you for this video that amazes me every time I watch you! Boom💥 keep it up! 👍
You are an absolute GENIOUS!!! Extremely crafty, knowledgeable and, of course, well equipped to do all this by yourself. I'm changing a few things in my apartment and by checking some stuff on YT for ideas, I run into your channel with the full video of the small apartment build and I fell in love with your content and how easy you make things look... and I know they are not. I'm not even close by a trillion miles to what you can do, but anyways your content is very inspiring. Thanks for putting the effort in doing these videos!!

I’d love that instructional video about the correct hinge for the job 🥰
me too
Seconded! Plus how to troubleshoot and or adjustments 👍 Another excellent video 👏
I would also enjoy seeing this 😸
Yes, please!
Yes please
She honestly might be the most impressive woodworker on UA-cam.
Cris, that turned out very nice.
here for the BOOM
The ending reminded me of every time I’ve had to assemble Ikea furniture. There’s always that one frustrating maneuver 😂

Thank you for sharing! And welcome aboard :)
I'm liking the new "narrator" shots where you're in front of the microphone!
I'd like to see a video about hinges ;D
The dedicated parking lot is really the cherry on the cake !
I love the beep beep! Lol. I love your videos from the narration to the editing they are perfect. I'm looking forward to the part 2 video. Cristina, you keep making any video and I will happily watch it. Hugs from the UK.
Looking good so far!❤
I'd love to see an appartment tour revisiting and showing off all of your makes! Best wishes, stay happy and creative! Juliane.
Will do!!
you have the whole Rockler Store. jealous.
LoL, Loved the interruptions, and the possible video on the use of the hinges, always useful knowledge to know which instrument for which piece.
As someone with a terrible back, watching you lift into place the top piece alone, I winced anticipating the back pain 😯 Excellent build and video as always!! 😊
So much skill, creation, action.... each project completing the one before and extending to the next one. Thank you for all we learn watching you.
very nicely made lady, I enjoyed it again and learned something, thank you!
I would like to see the video about the hinges.
Thank you for adding the visual snippets to show where and what you are building! It made following your video easier and more enjoyable. Thank you for taking people's suggestion about it. :D
Glad it was helpful!
I really like you talking to us on camera. I don't remember you doing it before, but is a nice touch,
a piece of art 👌👌
Best 24 minutes spent on a Saturday morning!
Awww thank you :)
These are not your typical Ikea connectors. Very instructive video. Congrats.
Very cool design. Someone at Ikea is probably going to watch this vid and take notes. It's collapsible, so anyone with common sense should be able to put it together.
Great video as usual! I really like the addition of the narration shots.
above all the other great things like your design, editing, etc, your attention to detail and organization is astounding! creating the acrylics and adding the labeling for the specific hardware was so smart.
BOOM thanks for linking part 1 and 2. Surprisingly not all tubers do this 💚
This is awesome Christina, I look forward to part two
Love your work!👌

I'm so glad you're here!!! Welcome back! :)
i have hardly ever seen a design that is so clean with so much functionality. Great job Cris, looks awesome!
For me Its the wink 💫
I would be interested in some more technical videos!
Awesome design and perfect execution!
I'm here for any future dust collection and hinge lesson videos!

these projects are so cool I love how you make something that could be mundane and make it so much more.......
I absolutely love your style and the thoughtfulness you put into your designs.
Oh I feel the pain of getting that final piece to line up!!
would love that video about the hinges. i think anything where you talk about why you make the decisions you do is really helpful and great content
So easy to mess such a project up, so impressive when you don't. Fantastic work, I love your content, thanks.
That hinge video would be AWESOME. I’ve played with it a bit and it still makes my head spin
Hey, new music?

SOOO WORTH IT!! ❤❤
I'm glad you finally found Blum, beautiful hardware.
The Orange amps fit very nicely with the overall coolness of your place. 😎🤘
Regarding the hinges video, it would be useful to me! :D
Loved the technique you used around 6:30 to line up the domino hole mid-panel! Thank you for showing that!
Wowser! Yet alone this Video is so much work and you did the whole Build to that beforehynd. Mad respect!
Very creative
The precision in your work is really amazing, can't wait for the next video
I think that there must be a future project for a shop crane to lift those large sheet goods above the final product😉

hola, me diverti mucho mirando la mesa multifuncional y a vos.
IKEA needs to take note, that furniture hardware looked really solid and easy to use.
Amazing skills and beautiful piece of furniture

Holy crap this is good, and looks good. the skills and the detail.
As usual, your planning and detail produce a very functional , beautiful cabinet . Well done🪚🪚
Wow, what a masterpiece. The use of tools and the complexity of the build was amazing. Can't believe it can be disassembled. Mahalo for sharing. 🙂🐒🤯
