    Mick spot on again.
Slightly sideways but linked to all the crime is Construction industry. Its not just farming.
The companies that can and do have security employ these days mostly foreign nationals as security. Paid peanuts. Company creams off all the profit. They cannot even speak english and book you in to a construction site. Go to London its a nightmare getting to a part of site where you need to be because the muppett on the gate cannot direct you and the contact phone number given does not answer his phone. H S 2 is worse. Glad I dont go there anymore.
The above so called security then help to rob the asset from their inside knowledge. By passing their knowledge onto their mates. Been done for years but its getting worse. Construction industry has for years factored in theft percentage as part of their contract bids. Its a joke. Like I said in previous comment on other video ( im working my way through your vids).
The insurance industry is the problem. They dont care because all this gives them the excuse to up the premiums.
To add. the solar sites are well protected once up and running. CCTV to a ROC center, Ground sensors and perimeter sensors. As far as im aware its in the early construction phase when they get targetted. The Electric EV charging points country wide are likewise being ripped of the cabling before being completed and commissioned.
Like Mick says. Companies need to educate the staff. But what chance is there of that when they go around looking at their phones and have headphones on. GENZ etc. Its not going to happen. If there was an incentive to report crime and reward vigilance that might help. But thats never been done.
