Got hooked watching episodes on RFD-TV (which are edited of musical numbers) so what a treat to fine complete episodes now in high quality. Keep them coming please.
@@RedSkeltonMuseum Quite alright! Nice to see this in color instead of the b&w copy from kinescope that somebody else has posted (Lulu's segment). Keep 'em comin'! LOVE RED SKELTON'S SHOWS!!
10:30- The prisoner is Elaine Joyce. Did you notice? When Sherrif Dead-Eye opened the jail door, Elaine didn't go out the doorway, but through the bars!!! The audience missed the joke and it screamed for a Skelton ad-lib!
13:27--And if you didn't notice the musical cue that Elaine's character exited the scene to, it sounded quite like an upbeat version of that 1962 hit "The Stripper" composed and conducted by none other than the Skelton show's orchestra leader, David Rose.
All those LuLus have passed on now. Guess I have to show my daughter and grandsons what I grew up with for female role models and maybe they will understand grandma's sometimes strident comments! Have we come so far...naw.
Dear JesUS please have it be that somehow you taught Your Truth to Richard Before he died. He is such a kindly man and a real professional entertainer. Amen.

Little White Duck is a special memory from my childhood. Still love this song at 50 years old. Burl Ives has a very special way of singing a song.
I am 60 I understand completely. And Lavender Blue
I had forgotten this classy singing, opening. It sure woke up my brain, with a smile.
This brings back such wonderful memories!!!
Burl was a terrific talent...a very fine and underappreciated actor.....i would suggest a movie ....Let No Man Write My Epitaph...........
Quite a colorful production.
Too bad these times are long past... The world will never be as good as it was during these days...
Lulu and burl ives, now I've seen it all 😂
You'll not see that on a complication album 🤣
I love Lulu and TO SIR, WITH LOVE but I didn't see this on the episode. How did I miss it?
My bad. "To Sir" is not on this episode. My source might have might have wanted to credit that she was in the movie. I have to recheck before I post.

What happened to the original commercials? Or are there Armed Services broadcasts?
I would include commercials if they helped sponsor the museum.
@@RedSkeltonMuseum They did. They sponsored Red Skelton without whom you wouldn't have a museum.
Red is a wonderful comedian!
