Hey Lowko, just wanted to say thanks for all the content. Haven’t played in years, but I find myself watching your videos every day for the past two months. It’s driving my wife crazy! Keep it up man
I love how the snowing effect makes it look like there's a swirling, changeable wind blowing around, but follow one snowflake and it'll always be going in a completely straight line
Thanks Lowko, I really didn't know what the Raven did, thanks for the recap :P in all seriousness, thanks for all you do, Lowko, some people, as you said, don't really know a lot about SC2, and makes a potentially regular new viewer. *I love BuyN* thanks for casting love this game from Clem also, :D that game 4, that thumbnail did justice :)
Clem really is THE Young Byun cosplayer. Even present Byun himself failed to match him, as he doesn't have the magical wrists of his youth anymore :( . This style is absolutely brutal on player's physique, man.
just found out that they took out Raven’s PDD ability. I stopped playing years ago but I still like to listen to your channel as I wash dishes/meal prep and cook. Thanks for letting me know :)
17:07 throw a bunker close to the cc +1 range on own reapers, unless they get oneshot they can flee and be ´safe', it can be repaired if need be, scv can wasted reaper shots then hide in it; its 4 slots so just in scv's it's at least 16 reaper shot wasted. honestly for only 100 cost with half refunded; there is little reason not to just have 1,2,3 or even 4 in endgame to hide your scv's fleeing marines, etc in. it is always GREAT at wasting banelings and dps. even empty they're good tanking; and having them to fall back too and too labyrinth for tanks lib, funnel, or full blocks (you could literally block the entire mineral line off and just move scv's through the bunkers; making low invest zergling/baneling attempt Auto countered, for only 100-200 minerals.. built static :P
17:44 and now the bunker could have been up, or two one on each side, his floating 270 min and is at full production and is about to lose to aggression so why not. pro's really suck at using static defence,. its like this an offense to their micro-skill :P
@lowko keep teaching about the skills of units, most of ppl here dont know what they do, or how efectly use it. as mentioned, changelogs change from time to time and we can go back in time to the good old days and remmember those forgoten skills =D
6:27isn't it move and attack command used for studder step norm? though you are very right, as I've mentioned before, using hold position is a much better option unless you want your units to auto chase or move from their position and formation ^^ I just never seem to see people do it other than to keep outside siege tank etc. range :P
Amazing game and series….although I am familiar with StarCraft from the SC1…. it is always good to remind or teach people the spellcaster’s abilities….thanks for that!!
It's always amazing that you both explain the very basics of abilities the units have during casts of professional games, as if your audience was made of new players, while you chastise players (even professional ones) for failing to achieve a feat that only trained professionals do, like perfect micro at 10 actions per second, or perfect timing and order of builds. So I have no idea if your audience is pros, or noobs.
I would say both. Some month ago i discovered SC2 with Lowko and thanks to him i do understand now what's going on. If it wasnt for him every 2 minutes i would ask myself what's going on.
It's a good balance, I think. Having tried to watch some DotA2 casts has been pretty painful - they either presume you more or less know everything, or go "this here is an AoE, that means the ability can hurt multiple enemies at once within the circle" and it's just painful in the other direction. There's relatively little for someone who knows many other games well but doesn't know MOBAs specifically.
I have a thought. I would love to see a more clean tech tree in Stormgate. It is crazy to me that you can be the best in the world and still forget to build an armoury. I know for myself I forget it because if I am going for a bio composition I am not thinking of building an armoury because armouries are for mech. Why on earth do you need a mech building for upgrading bio 2-2??? With Zerg you need to get an infestation pit to get to hive. Why? Am I planning on building infestors or swarm hosts? Nope. But I perpetually forget it because it is an illogical building within that tech tree. Thoughts?
7:40 Well, he's already oversaturated on minerals, so moving the CC first lets him start actually using them sooner. MULEs are nice, but the little bit of energy more you get from transforming first isn't worth the idle SCV time.
Honest question Loko... I remember some years ago in TvT players would drop MULES right next to enemy tanks sieged up to make them friendly fire each other. Is that not a tactic anymore?
Add another voice to those who appreciate the ability recaps; while I played Brood War back in the day, I've never played SC2. Do enjoy watching pretty much every one of your casts from the past few years, though.
They shoot at any enemy ground unit in their circle. The shots pack a punch and are relatively frequent. But it attacks a single unit. Works best against high value targets but can be used to kill workers in a mineral line.
As someone who enjoys watching SC2 but hasn't played in years I appreciate the rundown of the Raven's current abilities!
I miss Repair Drone 😞 they could have made it work like a Medivac for mech Terran
I agree, thanks for repeating yourself :)
i just started playing again recently. just cheeses. turns out im doing about as well as i did 10 years ago lol
Sometimes I don't watch Lowko videos for a few days in a row and then binge watch like 3-5 of them in one sitting.
Thanks for the great vids Lowko!

Good matches. Thanks for sharing and describing the action.
That was for me the best TvT of the year !
Oh look, Terran wins again. It's like the other races aren't even trying any more.
I have to say Lowko, you got me into playing Starcraft again, this time I even tried the versus mode for once. I hope Starcraft II does not die.
Thanks Lowko, I really didn't know what the Raven did, thanks for the recap :P

Clem decided to serve ByuN a charcuterie board
More like a fromagerie board, but yes

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE SERIES. THE TWO OMEGA TERRANS 100%.
the seeker missle was basically an immortale super sayian 10 baneling that ive lost so many bio balls to before an engagement even got to start
It's good to see Clem pull out of an opponent's reverse sweep!!
Клем красавчик! Как в кино сходил... Ловко спасибо.

19:48 "welcoming commitee"
*holding cell
That was vicious.
I was there when we played with HS and PDDs. And then they took HS from Raven and made it into Widow mines.
😂 Lowko you are so funny 😂
Lowko you're so punny
absolute banger

there are always people whining about unimportant things huh

I’d genuinely listen to you just doin a regular podcast ngl
7:40 Well, he's already oversaturated on minerals, so moving the CC first lets him start actually using them sooner. MULEs are nice, but the little bit of energy more you get from transforming first isn't worth the idle SCV time.
Mules mine over scvs, so being over saturated doesn’t matter
that was neat !!!
Like the thumbnail brah!!
2020 is soon going to become the new 2016 just saying
Did you know Lowko streams on twitch every now and then 2PM-8PM CEST?
games like this make me want to play... then im hit hard by the fact im no clem or byun
You mean your even better?
Clem played the 4th game so poorly, sending the Banshee across the map and then just letting Byun units destroy his mules as they landed.
Holding hands, Lowko? Before marriage? Thought this was a family friendly show.
yes new content !
Please explain the odl abilities of the reaven once as well :)
You asked what Clem had for breakfast..
Crépes
Game 4 🤯
reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally Clem. ok!
Honest question Loko... I remember some years ago in TvT players would drop MULES right next to enemy tanks sieged up to make them friendly fire each other. Is that not a tactic anymore?
It's still possible, but a mule mines 300 minerals or something like that. Is it worth throwing 300 minerals to attempt so?
@@asdf154200 and yes siege tanks cost more and production time. You also can now mine out of your own base for longer
you usually don't have spare mules if your macro is on point. this is why you have spare marines instead
No! I will watch it now
Watching during the stream as well. Both open
i loved PDD
Add another voice to those who appreciate the ability recaps; while I played Brood War back in the day, I've never played SC2. Do enjoy watching pretty much every one of your casts from the past few years, though.
I liked the video just because of the byun joke.
Terran is OP, they always win TvT.
raven changes?!? i remember when science vessel was a new unit
"one of my favorites americans from the state of France" SURE
What does the Liberator ability do?
They shoot at any enemy ground unit in their circle. The shots pack a punch and are relatively frequent. But it attacks a single unit. Works best against high value targets but can be used to kill workers in a mineral line.
CLEM lost game 4 because of the natural mules lol. Just didn't check for them and snipe like BYUN was doing.
even tho clem is french, i think he is my favorite terran at the moment
"my favorite north American from the state of France" 😅 I get it's a joke but just 😅
Clem is one of my favorite terran players of the current generation. Any time he's on the bracket, I'm there for it.
Clem is playing like maru
oh my god, i love SC2, but i love it more when there was a zerg
not in this game. Those games are just fire after fire after fire
Le Clem!!!!!
Clem the American Frenchman seems a bit.... Froggy 🙃
haha i was like wait a minute...The best North American Terran? whaat
he wasn't cool enough back then. That hasn't changed, you just got popular enough as a youtuber.
Spoiler alert: Terran wins.
I rly Miss the SC1 Terran music :/
LowKo ate a COUPLE of boogers.
we all lost THE GAME
Lowko is the best but TvT is the worst....I'll still watch it.
Is there a difference between Brie and Camembert ?
Yes
@@LowkoTV Can you explain the difference? I always buy the cheap Brie and Camembert, and they taste the same.
you always say the viper and infesters are the most important zerg unit, but you never explain their abilities
hi
Looks like Chem is late for a date with his gf
I want to Play Ranked in other Maps 😒😒😒
@lowko LOWKO YOURE ON NETFLIX DOCUMENTARY
the finals. tvt of course
